ACCESS TO THE SEA - SCIOTOT - THE LITTLE HOUSE

Located 150 metres from Sciotot Beach (in the town of Les Pieux), this small, historic, charming, attached house—measuring approximately 50 m²—allows you to enjoy a stunning natural setting. You can explore the Cotentin region, enjoy sports and water activities, and hike along the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the centre of Les Pieux, 3 kilometres from the rental.<br>For this rental, you’ll have access to a shared courtyard for parking (unfenced) and a small private courtyard. On the ground floor, you’ll find a separate toilet, a bathroom with a 75x75 shower stall, and a laundry room where you can store bikes, surfboards, bodyboards, etc. On the ground floor is the dining area, kitchen, and living room with a 140x200 sofa bed (BZ-style), and on the second floor is the bedroom with a 160x200 bed.<br>The original fireplace has been preserved for decorative purposes only.
