Designed for total comfort and independence, this self-contained space features its own private entrance and dedicated ensuite bathroom, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay with no shared indoor spaces. Conveniently located just 1.5 km from Cambridge town centre.

Flexible Sleeping Arrangement: Features a comfortable King-size bed that can be split into two single beds upon request—perfect for couples, friends, or solo travelers. Enjoy a lovely view of the saltwater pool right outside!
Private Ensuite Bathroom: Equipped with a standard shower, toilet, and vanity.
Climate Control: Equipped with a heat pump (air conditioning/heating) to keep you perfectly comfortable year-round.

Why they chose this property
In 2004, our family moved to New Zealand. We chose to settle in Cambridge because, as a smaller town, it made it much easier for me to adapt and integrate while I was still learning English. Compared to a larger city like Hamilton, Cambridge felt wonderfully welcoming and made it so much easier to connect with people and build community! We fell in love with the area and have been living here ever since.
Cambridge is a very safe and charming town, perfectly located in the heart of the Waikato in the North Island. Its central location makes exploring the region effortless: we are just 1 hour away from both the Pacific Ocean and the Tasman Sea, 1.5 hours from Lake Taupo, and 1.5 hours from the nearest ski fields.

What makes this property unique
What makes this property truly unique is its Spanish-style architecture, which is quite rare for the area. A few years ago, when I first started running a Bed & Breakfast, I remember a guest telling me as they checked out after a weekend stay: "It's absolutely incredible, we feel like we've spent the weekend in the South of France." That was probably the best compliment anyone could have ever given me!
