With gorgeous views of two bays off Nova Scotia's Northumberland Strait touched by sunrise, sunset and night stars, this new 1-bedroom suite is your jump-off spot for beaches, foodie, sporty and arty experiences. Suited to a couple or solo traveller; sofa bed can accommodate one more adult. Malagash has famous Blue Sea Beach, Jost winery, Bella Vista cidery & market stall, oyster farm. We're close to 3 courses including Fox Harbour, birding, biking & charming Tatamagouche with farmers' market, art galleries & "locavore" shops. Waterfalls and hiking trails abound in nearby countryside. Owners home adjoins. EV charger. Guests rave about the views and peace and quiet.

The space
Private entrance into new suite with fabulous bay and sunrise/sunset views from inside and from outside deck. Birds and other wildlife abound. Bedroom for 2 guests, sofa bed in living area for 1 kid or 1 more adult. Full bath, laundry, kitchen, BBQ, picnic table, Adirondack chairs. Pls note: owners live in adjoining house. Two steps up to the entryway, which has a sill about 1.5in high.

Guests have own entry into suite, with full kitchen, bath, dining area, washer/dryer, and a deck and barbecue.

Other things to note
Swim, kayak, sunbathe, go birding, forage or fly your kite at beautiful, miles-long Blue Sea Beach. Golf at Fox Harbour, Northumberland Links and Wallace Ridge. A few pushes of the pedal and you’re on the TransCanada Trail, or drive it with your honey in your side-by-side. Take a slow cruise along the pretty coastal Sunrise Trail (highway 6). Enjoy local music festivals and other celebrations: strawberry socials, mackerel-fishing derbies, highland games (caber toss, anyone?), art galleries, locavore butchery and general store, and famous Tatamagouche beer.

GARBAGE: We are in the country, so we have the delights and challenges of living among wild animals. Absolutely no food, dishes or garbage can be left outside. Excess garbage goes in the freezer.
When checking out, pls turn off all lights, appliances, close windows, turn off A/C and return the key to the lockbox, code 1-2-5-4.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
