Cozy Mobile Home at Mabel Lake

This cute and cozy mobile home is everything you need when you're surrounded by the beauty of Mabel Lake!

Welcome to our little home away from home! Although perhaps a bit "rustic", don't let the outside fool you! Our home offers two bedrooms, living room with sofa-bed, full bathroom, full kitchen (no dishwasher), laundry, large boot room, as well as multi-level outdoor deck with dining area and BBQ!

Centrally located to all the Mabel Lake ammenities!
- 1 minute drive/10 minute walk to the Rivermouth Marina and Boat Launch
- 2 minute drive/20 minute walk to the Mabel Lake Resort and Boat Launch
- 1 minute drive/10 minute walk to Mabel Lake Golf and Airpark (next door!)
- 1 minute drive/10 minute walk to Kingfisher Community Centre (Farmer's Market)
- 1.5 minute drive/15 minute walk to Mabel Lake Farms & Café
- Plenty of ATV, cycling, and sledding trails
...and so much more!

Pets welcome but must be kept on a leash. The yard is not secure and the road is very close. We don't want to take any chances!

There is no firepit for guest use.

Please note there is no functional furnace within the home. We do have electric heaters throughout the home if heat is required.
