Tiny house. Great space for relaxing. Nice quiet area. Not far from town. Restaurants and shopping 5 miles from town. Very clean, Wifi, Netflix, TV in living area and bedroom. NO SMOKING!!! NO PETS!!!

The property is lovely, cute little cottage. It’s perfect for a single woman or a couple. It was very clean, everything advertised was available. It’s a little bit outside of Franklin, very quiet and easy to find. Franklin is just a few minutes away, cute town with restaurants and a super nice cafe. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back.

Hidden Gem

What a great little place to just relax. Easy check-in and out. We met the property owners who were friendly and hospitable. We were able to relax for a couple of days without the hustle and bustle of the “popular spots” over a holiday weekend. Thank you for sharing Tranquil Villa!!

The property was incredibly well appointed. Comfortable, clean, convenient, quiet and peaceful. Excellent communication. The owners clearly work hard to make it a relaxing and quiet place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay!

After several attempts to get into the lockbox, I contacted the owner who was there in 2 minutes. The house was very clean, convenient, and the bed was great! The shower is a bit small, but in a tiny house, the bathroom has to be small! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay ( I was there for a class reunion). I also felt very safe.

Great property, quiet setting

The property was well kept and in a quiet area. Our hosts communicated thoroughly and responded quickly to questions. Love the recliners! (If you visit downtown Franklin before checking in, don't fret about the paper mill. Smells awful downtown, but we could not smell it at all as this property was several miles out of town.)

Cozy, clean, and cute

I was in town for a friend's bridal shower and chose to stay in this cute tiny home. The property was well maintained, clean, and easy to find. Check in was super easy. If you have a reason to be in the area, I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Great Place to Stay

We were visiting friends and this was the perfect property for me and my husband. It was hip and comfortable. The owner lives on the property and was very friendly, also providing complete privacy. The guest house is private, has everything you need, quiet at night, two televisions, coffee. Loved it and would stay again.

A Perfect Stay

A perfect little cottage for a stay while I worked in town for 24 hours. The hosts were super helpful and had already thought of everything at this quaint spot. Clean, cute, nicely appointed, and super convenient. I am grateful for the hospitality.

As an older couple (not real tech savvy) the owners were very understanding and helped with contact via text or phone, while also respecting our privacy. Wonderful stay. Would highly recommend for quiet and peace with beautiful garden setting. Absolutely no issues with our stay everything was so well decorated, comfortable and clean

Great place! Awesome owners! AC and music as we entered was just the right touch! The patio was a great place to hang out. The bed was a bit hard.. but other than that it was amazingly clean and at a very reasonable cost. We will definitely be back!

First Impression Said It All

Neatly groomed yard. Opened door to soft jazz, and a very clean, nicely decorated tiny house. Was perfect for an overnight, but would have loved to have stayed longer. Was quiet location and very relaxing.

Easy to find. Cute as a button. Clean and nicely decorated. Our only comment on the negative side is the shower is a very small space with not much room to move about while showering.

Franklin

We had a nice two night stay at this charming property. The comfortable bed and two great sofas were appreciated. Loved the porch but did not take advantage of the grill. The kitchen equipment is rather minimal though adequate for two people. Stores for groceries and restaurants are five minute down the road. Highly recommended.

Great place!

Very easy to find and check in was painless. Would have liked ice cubes in the freezer for drinks. A larger mirror for dressing would have been nice while dressing for a wedding.....wanted a full view. Regular coffee for brewed coffee machine was empty and only one packet of oatmeal for 2 people to share. I've stayed in lots of B&B's and the amenities were slim; ie: magazines, cards, games, books, snacks. Aside from this, it was a very cute little separate dwelling.
