PROS: The house was very clean and spacious. The host was quick to respond to our communication. CONS: The main TV was not working properly-we miss out of family gathering in the living room. The location is on a very busy street;therefore, all through the night you are hearing street noises(big truck, loud music, etc.)

Jimmie was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself did not meet our expectations, especially considering the cost.The master bedroom bed was comfortable, but the other mattresses still had plastic covering them, making them extremely noisy and uncomfortable. One of our children ultimately had to sleep on the couch. The home was generally clean, although we encountered a significant number of house flies.The furnishings were very minimal and mismatched, with no dining table or comfortable gathering space for our family of six. The home is also located on a busy road, so traffic noise was noticeable throughout the day and night. Its remote location made it difficult to explore nearby attractions.Check-in was also somewhat challenging. Because the property is currently for sale, guests access the home using a lockbox with physical keys. We had difficulty opening the lockbox, which made the process frustrating.Overall, the host was very kind and responsive, but the property itself felt neglected and not fully prepared to provide a comfortable vacation rental experience. Unfortunately, based on the condition, furnishings, location, and overall amenities, we did not feel the property was worth the cost.
