This cabin was adorable! It was wonderfully supplied with good cookware and utensils. I wish the water was flowing in the creek and into the swimming hole but it was still beautiful and centrally located to everything we love about Broken Bow. If I had to nitpick about a few improvements, it would be more towels, and chlorine for the hot tub. There was pet hair and smell on some rugs but nothing to fret over. Again, I’m nitpicking for things that aren’t dealbreakers. I chose not to bother the owners for the chlorine or towels. The check in and check out process was very easy and we would definitely stay here again!

We provide the number of towels for the maximum occupancy plus some hot tub towels. Chlorine is also left in the windowsill above the sink and we are happy to refill if it happens to run out during your stay. We loved this cabin. No complaints! We were disappointed there are two trees that kind of blocked off the swimming hole & made it stagnant. It was clearer on our last day after a storm came through & made the water move, but still didn’t seem safe to climb over the trees to swim. The little running creek is beautiful.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the hot tub water….we could not get the light to come on in the tub.The selection of drink ware was limited and this is the first property we have stayed that had no wine glasses…..weird! The kitchen sink hot water was lukewarm. There was no dish cloth to wash dishes and the faucet in the bedroom down stairs was loose and moved around. The shower down stairs was very nice with great pressure and nice hot water. Over all the property was ok.The Mitchell’s

We thank you for the feedback and are happy that you enjoyed your stay overall. We would be happy to take a look at any of the items you mentioned had we been notified during your stay. The hot tub is drained, sanitized and refilled for each guest, but we are struggling with high manganese in the water which is a harmless mineral, but can leave discoloration and sediment.  We would have been happy to treat it again with spa clarifier for your comfort.  We will take a look at these other items mentioned to improve future experiences.  We hope for the opportunity to host you again and earn that last star.
