Enjoy star-filled skies and long quiet walks at this beautifully landscaped 2-bedroom home just outside the bustle of Taos. Feel at home with the full bathroom/tub, washer/dryer & well-equipped kitchen. Dine by the large picture-window framing the Taos Mountains and share movie night in the modernly furnished living room.

Queen in master & child-friendly 2nd bedroom w/ bunkbed and queen with black-out shades.

High-speed fiber optic internet. Bikes & trampoline for ultimate family home ♡

Children love this home! DVD TV and X-Box game console, fiber optic WiFi. Netted 15' trampoline, play structure with slide, books, toys, bikes, games and DVDs on site. Please exercise caution when allowing your children on the outdoor play structure as it is rail-less on second level and always supervise trampoline play.

Sliding glass door leads to flagstone patio with dining table and pop-up umbrella. Charcoal Weber grill for the BBQ lover in us all and a traditional chiminea for chilly evening s'more making.

Ceiling fans and radiant floor heating throughout with a mock-fireplace space heater for extra warmth.

Please reach out to us with any additional needs such as pack and play, high chair, stroller, cooler, etc. We have four children ranging from newborn to ten so likely have what you need on hand!

It was an honor to host Robin and Tom for their Taos, NM, trip. They were so respectful, quiet, responsive and kind.... perfect guests in every way. Tom even pruned the greenery! We had a baby during their visit and I couldn't have asked for more understanding, self-sufficient guests. Please come again every year!

Nice house.

Nice house. Clean and simple, decorated well, and very functional. The master is very small and the bed takes up the whole room so my husband and I took the kid's room where there is a queen/twin bed and bunk beds and my son took the master. The kid's room was freezing despite the electric heater in the corner nook (we did not notice it until day two). It was very fun that they have mountain bikes and a trampoline. Which we used when the sun came out. I would return if the kid's room was not so cold. I did not complain as we were not staying long and it was clear the host was very helpful in every way.

Perfect for a family!

We were in town for a family wedding in Taos, and couldn't have been happier staying at this beautiful property! It was relaxing for the parents, and fun for the kiddos. Amanda and Rob were very nice and responsive leading up to and during the stay. If we are ever back in the area, we would love to stay again. :)

Ski vacation

Cozy casita in a quiet neighborhood just outside of town. Skiing was great . Casita was warm on the chilly nights very private. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Nice outdoor patio and yard. Must have a laptop to get TV though. Beautiful view of the mountains. Very nice hosts . Quick to respond to any questions

Why they chose this property

Children are welcome here! They love the trampoline, play structure, bikes and endless safe roads to explore. The Vista Linda subdivision is quiet with open skies and mountain views. Each home is situated on 1.25 acres. It is a wonderfully safe neighborhood for sunset walks, bicycling and hiking through little trails and the Arroyo. Our children have spent countless hours exploring safely on their bikes here.

Minutes from UNM Taos, Country Club golfing & Wild Rivers Scenic Area with hiking to the confluence of the Rio Grande and Rio Pueblo by the Junction Bridge.

Skiing: 23 miles to Sipapu & 25 miles to Taos Ski Valley
