Bring the whole family to this 3 Bedroom spacious retreat. Located directly on Rideau river with water access. New 7 person Hot-tub, Campfire, docks, 3-4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards and swimming. BBQ and pizza oven available with 2 full washrooms and a powder room, use of all facilities. Short term or longer term stays available. Laundry provided, lots of room for fun. Fun and games include, darts, shuffleboard, foosball and badminton/volleyball net and equipment. Campfire is offered with daily notice and some restrictions based on time of year and risk level. Bring your own boat and tie it up at our docks. Launching ramp is 1/4 mile away(2 min drive). Lots of great fish including large mouth bass, pickerel, pike, muskie, others(Many caught by previous guests). Large back yard and deck. Offering Nespresso(3 machines) and drip coffee and tea. Free bottle of red WINE when registering for 3 or more days.

Note: This is my daily house I offer for rental. I do my best to keep it clean and neat but it will always have visible signs of being lived in and maybe things left behind, please be aware of this. Some renters have noted that my personal items are on the wall, family pictures and clothes in the closet. Definitely there will be but always ample space for guests and their belongings.
