House for 2-3 persons: approx. 44 m2, at ground level. One bedroom with double bed, sofa bed for one person and air conditioning. Cozy furnished eat-in kitchen with dining table and couch, a bathroom with shower. In the courtyard there is a covered terrace with outdoor dining area. At the back of the house you will find a large open terrace (approx. 25 m2) with barbecue fireplace, deckchairs and breathtaking views of the beautiful countryside.

Un bel endroit pour se détendre.

Beaux espaces extérieurs, vraiment plaisant. Très belle vue. Sites touristiques : de 1h00 à 4h00 pour Plitvice par exemple (vraiment exceptionnel à ne pas manquer). Nos propriétaires ont été vraiment charmant et soucieux de notre séjour dans la maison.

Traumhafter Urlaub bei sehr gastfreundlichen Vermietern

Im Juli 2022 waren wir (2 Erwachsene) in diesem gut eingerichteten und äußerst sauberen Häuschen in der Nähe von Labin für einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen, trotzdem aber nicht "abgelegen". Besonders schön ist der Außenbereich, der zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten spendet. Es gibt genügend Stühle und Liegen und einen gemauerten Grill. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Fleckchen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Einfach genial, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will !

Unser Gesamteindruck von der gesamten Unterkunft ist einfach genial. Wir haben noch nie so einen entspannten Kroatien Urlaub gehabt wie in dieser Unterkunft. Ein ganz großes Danke an die Besitzer, die uns einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Corona Pandemie beschert haben. Wir sind begeistert und werden es auch bleiben. Klingt alles ein bisschen emotional, jedoch empfindet jeder anders. Unser Eindruck ist und bleibt positiv ! DANKE !

Traumhaftes Häuschen für Zwei

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft mit Honig und Schnaps herzlich begrüßt. Das Häuschen ist ein Traum für uns gewesen, am liebsten hätten wir es mit genommen. Es ist etwas für ein Paar, das einfach Natur und Ruhe genießen möchte. Nach Rabac zum Strand sind es acht Kilometer und zum Einkaufen nach Labin drei. Das Häuschen ist mit allem nötigen qusgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir konnten auch beim Vermieterehepaar (Imker) naturbelassenen Honig erstehen. P.S. Mückenspray nicht vergessen.

Perfect romantic getaway

This is a fantastic house in a quiet and beautiful location with amazing views across the hills. We failed to read the website properly and did not realise that we did not speak the same languages as our hosts. In spite of this, they showed us unfailing kindness and generosity throughout our stay, including driving out to show us where to go when we got lost and providing a delicious platter of food for our first evening. The fresh figs and honey were both fantastic extras. Two terraces with both sun and shade throughout the day ensured we could make the most of the outdoor areas and the barbecue. The location is excellent for anyone looking to explore Istria and a lot of information on what to do in the area was available in the house. We would very highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful break. Also, the very friendly yellow dog who lives at the far end of the property is absolutely adorable - we would happily adopt him! We had a wonderful two weeks at the house and would like to thank our hosts very much for their hospitality and for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Rustige omgeving met een prachtig uitzicht

Veertien dagen verbleven in Sveti Bartul. Een rustige locatie aan een doodlopende weg. Met een prachtig uitzicht. Bij aankomst (wij waren erg laat) hing er een briefje en lag de sleutel voor ons klaar. Ontvangst met lekkere borrel hapjes uit de omgeving. Dagelijks was een van de beheerders aanwezig om de dieren te verzorgen en het stuk grond te onderhouden. Na een week kwam mevrouw even langs om heerlijke pannenkoeken (zelfgemaakt ) te brengen en bij afscheid kregen wij een tasje met Rakija , Honing , Lavendel. Dit alles is typisch voor deze streek. Voor de hond ook een prima verblijf , let wel op met teken en grasaren. Een strand in de buurt is ongeveer 30 minuten rijden. Heb je een hond dan is er in Ravni een strand waar honden zijn toegestaan. Het is een rotsstrand gecombineerd met kiezels. Maar een heerlijke plek. Het deel voor honden zijn geen voorzieningen dus neem zelf je strandstoel mee. Op de andere stranden in Rabac en Sveti Marina zijn honden niet toegestaan. Het dorpje (oude centrum) Labin is ongeveer 10 minuten rijden. Verder zijn er verschillende heuvel dorpjes in de omgeving en de supermarkten zijn binnen 10 minuten te bereiken. Ik kan iedereen die met zijn tweeën is en die van rust en ruimte houdt deze locatie aanbevelen.

Gemütliches Häuschen auf dem Land mit wunderbarer Aussicht!

Das Häuschen sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Grundstück und die ganze Natur drumherum sind aber in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner. Das Gastgeber Pärchen ist sehr sehr nett: wir wurden direkt mit einer Flasche Wein, eine Flasche selbstgemachten Schnaps und einem Glas selbstgemachten Honig sehr freundlich empfangen; dazu gab es noch eine schön gerichtete Platte mit Wurst, Schinken und Käse und ein Brot dazu. Und vor der Abreise gab es dann noch einmal einen Schnaps und ein Glas Honig. Während des Urlaubs hatte ich Geburtstag und als wir an dem Abend zurück zum Haus kam stand eine Schokotorte und eine Flasche Sekt auf dem Tisch. Von den frischen Feigen von den grundstückseigenen Feigenbäumchen konnten wir jederzeit Feigen essen. Wir haben uns in der Woche, in der wir dort waren, sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Häuschen absolut weiter empfehlen!
