None of the reviews I read mentioned this so putting two things here:1- the entire apt vibrates until 2ishAM because of the bars next door. No sleep. 2-even though we had a parking pass displayed on dashboard, our car was towed the first night. Towing company overly aggressive with towing for no reason. 3- the place needs some renovation - there is a trash compactor that is defunct that’s still in the unit.

Response from VrboOwner on 6 Oct 2026
Hi Vickie! I’m sorry that you did not get any sleep while you visited our property on a very popular home football weekend when fans from all over the southeast were here cheering on their team! Our description clearly states that this unit is next to bars and restaurants that can be very loud at night. For this reason, we provide sound machines in all of our bedrooms and clearly communicate the location. I’m sorry that you did not read that in advance. Additionally, we apologized for the tow company towing your truck, even though you did not have the parking pass properly displayed. I personally spoke to the tow company owner on your behalf and he removed the charge so you did not have to pay the towing fee. However, your parking pass was on the dash and not on the rearview mirror as the check in instruction explicitly request. I need not explain why this is important and required by all tow companies all over the city of Auburn. So sorry for your dissatisfaction!

We had a great weekend stay! Everything was in walking distance so perfect for us!It is loud at night because if the bars close by, but we expected and knew that before booking, so no worries and the noise machines provided in each room were perfect for drowning out the noise. I will definitely try to stay here again the next time I'm in Auburn.

Great location

Such a convenient location- loved being able to walk to everything. As described, you can definitely hear the bar noise at night but location in my mind makes up for that. nice little apartment.

Staying in Auburn for the weekend

Nice area, walkable to Toomers Corner. Convenience to campus. The maids had left sheets there but property management was there quick to take care of it. It is located above a bar but noise machines did help drown out the loud music. Overall a great place to stay and management very nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay again.
