New home in Notre Dame de Monts with 95 m² of living space, plus a covered patio and a large outdoor patio on 400 m² of fully fenced property.
Located near the Pont d’Yeu, you can reach the beach—about 900 m away—by walking through the forest or taking the bike path. If you’d like to drive there, there’s a large car park at the base of the dune.
The town centre is 900 m away. In July and August, a free shuttle (stop 50 m away) will take you there.

4-bedroom house for 8 people

Fully equipped, electric heating/air conditioning, 2 bathrooms (one with a toilet) and a separate second toilet, fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, …) Living room with sofa and flat-screen TV Pantry with washing machine Parking Outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, umbrella, grill, etc…

Nous avons passé deux semaines excellentes dans ce logement, et nous le recommandons à 100 % ! Tout était absolument parfait : un logement ultra propre, au point d’avoir l’impression d’être les premiers à y vivre, des pièces parfaitement adaptées pour 8 personnes, et une cuisine ultra équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut (crêpe party, blender, appareil à raclette… et bien plus encore !).L’emplacement est idéal : très calme tout en étant proche du centre. Et surtout, un hôte extrêmement gentil, prévenant et attentionné, qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.Et une petite surprise attendait les enfants… Ils ont adoré !À découvrir absolument ! Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés.Un grand merci pour ce merveilleux séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 🥰

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in einem sehr sauberen Haus, das gut ausgestattet war.Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich bei der Übergabe des Hauses. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, es gibt einiges zu entdecken und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Auf dem Nachbargrundstück hat der Vermieter ein paar Hühner, denen man die Essensreste bringen kann, und von denen man auch frische Eier bekommen kann.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos.

Super-schönes Haus nahe Strand und Ort

Wir waren drei Wochen mit 6 Personen in Arnaud's Haus. Es war sehr sauber und fast wie neu. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die 2 Bäder waren toll. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Arnaud empfangen. Der Weg zum Strand war wirklich kurz, ein Fahrrad für den Weg zum Bäcker ist zu empfehlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, besonders die sehr ruhige Lage hat uns gefallen.
