You will LOVE this gorgeous house in downtown Fredericksburg! Recent guests raved "perfect house for a perfect trip!" Whether you are a group of friends ready to reconnect or a couple looking to unwind, you will love The Hoppy Haus! We welcome you with a gift with every stay.

The Hoppy Haus will not disappoint as a getaway for rest, relaxation and fun in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg just 0.8 mile off main street. This home is complete with beautifully decorated interior, kitchen with cooking essentials with eat-in kitchen and separate dining room, coffee bar, wood fire pit, game room with pool table, darts and corn hole, relaxing outdoor seating area, Wifi, and a smart TV. Grab yourself a glass of wine or your favorite hoppy beer and stay awhile!

The Hoppy Haus is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house which comfortably sleeps 8 people.

This home includes a modern farmhouse vibe with farmhouse kitchen, stocked with pots/pans, dishware, cooking items and place settings for 8 people. The coffee bar includes a Keurig Coffee Maker with some K-cups (but also please bring your own to use and share), 8 cup traditional coffee maker with tea and hot cocoa.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen bed with luxury spring mattress and fine linens with adjoining full bathroom to Bedroom #2 which includes a king bed with luxury foam mattress and fine linens. Bedroom #1 has two 'barn style' doors for privacy which add to our farmhouse ambiance with extra cozy vibes but are not able to lock. Bedroom #3 includes a queen bed with luxury foam mattress and fine linens. A second full bathroom is conveniently located next to bedroom #3. The fourth sleeping area is a farmhouse style tufted twin daybed with pull out twin trundle, both with luxury foam mattresses and fine linens. This area is located in a common area in a room off of the living room and is located next to the second bathroom.

- 87-inch Pool Table, Dart Board, Corn Hole

We love your furry friends! We are happy to welcome up to 3 pets at this property with a one-time $125 pet fee per stay. If you are bringing your pets, please be sure to book a reservation with pets so the pet fee can be applied. As always, you are responsible for your pet. Please pick up after your pet in the front and backyard. As stated in the rental agreement, any damages/accidents incurred by your furry animal will be the responsibility of the renter.

*Our home is located in a residential area close to Historic Main Street. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet Hours are from 10PM-7AM. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. A Minut noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City Ordinance. This house is monitored with outdoor security cameras for your safety.

The Hoppy Haus is located 0.8 miles off of the famous Fredericksburg Main Street where you will find wineries, breweries, shopping, museums, restaurants, music halls and a vast array of history.

For complete booking, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with your email and home address as well as provide a fully-refundable $300 security deposit hold. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager OwnerRez.

The host’s are very welcoming and helpful. The location is quiet and located perfectly within a small commute to everything Fredericksburg has to offer. The house is very clean with plenty of room for everyone. I’m going to use their idea for the coffee bar at home.

Cute home in perfect location

We loved the property, just as advertised! The only criticism I had with the stay was the lack of any shampoo or shower soap, check out was at 10:00am not 11:00 like most places, and the property owners were very demanding on expectations for checkout. Otherwise the location was perfect, the house was very cute and perfect for our trip.

Thank you so much Robert for your feedback. We do have shower soap available in the bathrooms for our guests but I apologize if you did not see it. Our cleaning crew sets our checkin and checkout time so they are able to provide a thorough clean for our guests. We do offer complimentary early checkin and late out when we can. We did enjoy hosting you and your guests and hope we get the honor again in the future.

Comfy Farmhouse

This property was perfect to take my parents and my dogs for a hill country weekend. I loved that the yard was fenced, allowing my dogs to not have to be leashed. The house is well appointed for relaxing nights in but also close to town for evenings out. Enchanted Rock is also a short, easy drive away.

Great House w Firepit and Fun

The house was exactly as represented. We had our daughter and a friend with us. Being teenagers they wanted to walk to town. It was a bit far, but not too crazy. We enjoyed the firepit, dart board and pool table! There is a convenience store just around the corner that supplied smores ingredients. The guy working there is super friendly! You do need to create or bring your own sticks for roasting. Beds were comfortable and the place was extremely clean and nice!

Thanksgiving stay

Our stay was comfortable and the yard was nice for our family pups that were with us. We enjoyed the large living room and comfortable sofa when winding down in the evening. The pool table provided fun for our adult kids, however the area was cold and the concrete floor was littered with leaves because it is in the garage. As mentioned in the description, one bedroom is closed off by barn doors which really doesn’t offer privacy or a quiet room. The barn door between this room and the shared bathroom doesn’t cover the doorway completely, which made it awkward for those sharing that bath. We also found the water pressure in the kitchen and shared bath to be extremely low. Our stay was good, but this home could use some TLC, especially given the price charged and compared to other homes we have rented in the area.

Visited with friends and enjoyed this house so much! It was clean and comfortable; everything as expected or better! The backyard fire pit and pool table were great for enjoying time with friends. Location was close to town and very convenient in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Communications with he host was especially good, she replied promptly to any questions or issues we had and made sure we were taken care of.
