About the host
Hosted by Sophie Bloch Miller
Hello! Thank you for your interest in renting our home for an extended stay! We are long term Portland residents, a music teacher and mental health therapist, with a young child. We love what Portland has to offer-- access to nature, friendly neighborhoods, bikability,- and we are happy to share the opportunity to enjoy this unique place from the comfort of our home.
What makes this property unique
There is an incredibly spacious open lot directly adjacent to our property which provides a respite from the density of city living. There is plenty of parking available, including off street parking if desired. Several parks are within a walking distance from the home, as well as local business districts with shops, restaurants and bars. Despite the impact of COVID, our neighborhood has been lively and offering services with health and safety as a top priority. Takeout, window service, food carts, appointment based shopping and grocery stores enforcing appropriate precautions all allow for an ease of every day living.
