we look forward to welcoming you as our guests and promise you the best conditions for a wonderful holiday in a unique location.

Our apartment is located right in the dunes directly on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Baltic coast in a secluded location. From the apartment one has an unobstructed view into the dunes.

The apartment has a large terrace, 2 bedrooms each with double bed and a large kitchen and a living room each with fireplace.
Enjoy it if you wrapped the warmth of the fireplace while the sea breeze blowing around the house.
You can sleep without traffic noise in shallow waves crashing ...

A special feature of our condo is the actual close to Yachthafenresidenz Hohe Dune and Warnemunde Beach.

Thus, we offer the added value of absolute peace and yet easy accessibility of entertainment and variety.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, absolut gepflegt und hat eine ideale Strandlage. Me(e)hr geht nicht. Unsere Woche war super dort und wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Gefallen hat uns auch die lässige Strandbar gleich hinterm Haus. Wohlfühlmomente!

Wunderbare Wohnung in wunderbarer Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß, im ersten Stock wohnen die Vermieter. Man hört davon aber genauso wenig wie von der Strandbar auf der anderen Seite der Dünen- es war angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung selber ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sehr geräumig, in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. In jedem Raum gibt es ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter- in der Gegend unverzichtbar. Besonders wird das Haus natürlich durch die unschlagbare Nähe zum Strand. Markgrafenheide ist zudem ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für lohnende Ausflüge (mit dem PKW) nach Warnemünde (über Hohe Düne), Rostock, Stralsund, Wismar, Schwerin etc.

Tolle Lage

Das Haus liegt direkt an einem Zugang zum Strand. Alles, was man zum Leben braucht ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausflüge zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dennoch ist man eben nicht mittendrin im Rummel. Genau so wollten wir es haben. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, und auch noch ein bisschen mehr...

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit toller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, mit einmaliger Lage direkt am Strand. Die Außenanlagen wurden sehr schön umgestaltet, sodass man sich darin unbeobachtet aufhalten kann. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil und absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr gute Lage, viel Platz, liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleinen Details, alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. .. Unterkunft können wir weiter empfehlen... ein Manko gab es: es war schade, dass unsere Freunde uns übers Wochenende nicht besuchen durften, der Platz wäre da gewesen

Wunderbares Feriendomizil

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Feriendomizil, das wir empfehlen können. Gute Infrastruktur, gepflegte Einrichtung und gute Küchenausrüstung, bequeme Betten. Alles in Allem waren wir (4 Personen) begeistert. Für kleinere Erwachsene waren die Badzimmer-Spiegel und einige Küchentablare etwas zu hoch platziert. Danke noch für das kühle Begrüssungsgeschenk!

Ganz nah am Strand

Wir verbrachten einen 3-wöchigen Sommerurlaub in diesem Haus,welches direkt hinter der Düne steht. Man ist schnell am Strand,und ganz nah ist auch die "Strandoase",eine hübsche Strandbar mit gutem Angebot und Strandkorbverleih. Der Strand ist sauber , feiner Sand , und auch das Wasser war gut - nur das Wetter - naja. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll in einer gelungenen Mischung von Altem und Modernem restauriert,und die im Erdgeschoss befindliche Ferienwohnung ist geräumig , sehr schön eingerichtet und mit vielen Extras ausgestattet (2 Flachbildfernseher , automatisches Flurlicht , Radio im Bad , große Küche , 2 Kamine ) Die obere Etage des Hauses steht nicht zur Verfügung , man kann also auch nicht aus den Fenstern sehen , welche auf dem Bild zu sehen sind . Vor dem Haus stehen Gartenmöbel, und wenn einen Fußgänger und langsam fahrende Autos nicht stören , dann kann man da gemütlich sitzen. Unsere Fahrräder standen allerdings draußen - vielleicht wird ja noch mal ein Schuppen frei ;-). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit : unsere späte Anreise stellte kein Problem dar , und ein kaputter Staubsauger bekam am nächsten Tag schon einen Nachfolger , liegen gelassene Sachen werden nach Hause geschickt !! Wir können dieses Quartier wirklich empfehlen , und es ist nicht auszuschließen , daß auch wir mal wiederkommen .

Traumurlaub

Das Haus ist mit seiner gemütlichen Einrichtung einfach ein Traum gewesen, das auch noch direkt am Strand lag. Es fehlte an nichts - alles war vorhanden. Komfortabel entspannen

Ansprechende, komfortable Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail im Inneren und einem gepflegten Außenbereich mit viel Platz zum Erholen. Die Nähe zum Stand und die fußläufig gut erreichbaren gastronomischen Einrichtungen machten einen Urlaub mit Kindern zur Erholung auch für die Eltern. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Gern wieder!

Die perfekte Ferienwohnung um sich zu erholen

Hier stimmt wirklich alles. Freundliche und informative Begrüßung und Verabschiedung, absolute Sauberkeit, eine hervorragend sortierte Küche, mit wirklich allem, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Jeder Raum ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein Wohlfühlort, an dem man sich in Ruhe erholen kann. Die Lage vom Haus ist einmalig schön und es sind wirklich nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer und es riecht wundervoll nach Apfelrosen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Lage

Ein sehr schönes Haus, Traumlage mit 30 m zum Strand. Liebevoll renoviert, prima möbliert. Technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich empfehe es sehr. Essen kann man gut in der Residenz Hohe Düne (8 km) und natürlich in Warnemünde (Fähre 10 km). Das 50 m entfernte Dünenhotel ist nicht besonders empfehlenswert Im Ort gibt es weitere Gaststätten, die wir allerdings nicht getestet haben.
