We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

At the “Lotsenhaus” residence, our stylish 3-room holiday apartment “Traumschiff” is available to you, featuring a large south-facing terrace with a beach chair and electric awning, as well as a magnificent view of ships entering and leaving the harbour. The high-quality, fully equipped holiday apartment is approximately 77 square metres in size, is located on the ground floor, and features a large living room, an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (box spring), a second bedroom with two single beds, and a shower room with a hair dryer and heated floors. Generous windows let plenty of light into the apartment and offer a view that promises relaxation and rejuvenation at all times. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people.
You can park your car on the property free of charge (No. 2).
The apartment features laminate flooring throughout. Amenities include a radio/CD/DVD player, cable TV (free Wi-Fi), a built-in kitchen with a stove featuring a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator, a sink, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher. You can store your bicycles in the storage room (No. 2). The holiday apartment is a smoke-free apartment.

The initial supply for the apartment includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels,shower mat).

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
