Christoph was highly responsive to us throughout our stay. We appreciated his attentiveness to our requests. The apartment is clean, centrally located, and a good deal for your stay in Munich.

Perfect location for all attractions!

Very nice apartment in the university area within walking distance of all Munich has to offer. We visited museums and local restaurants very easily. A safe area with lots of activity and our teen son was able to walk a short distance for a pickup game of basketball at the nearby park. As Americans, the appliances are a bit different and required some assistance from Google, but we managed well. Host was responsive and helpful, and patient with first-time visitors to Munich.

Check in process was awful. Told us we had parking included and then said I had to ask weeks prior to.. check in was at 6pm, asked if we could come an hour early and he wanted me to pay 40 euro more. Then at 6pm was not ready for us to check in yet. He was there cleaning and getting it read until 6:40. No towels for guests. Was not allowed to use balcony and it was locked so we couldn’t even open the door for airflow (it was 28 degrees and no AC).Location was central and close to Oktoberfest. Only good part about it. Overall, terrible experience but thankfully we did not spend much time there.

Garden apartment in Munich

Christoph’s apartment was in a courtyard of apartment nicely located near university, English Garden and museums. It was nice and quiet as it did not face the street. It also had windows on both front and back sides so it cooled down nicely during summer evening. There were lots of cafes and restaurants close by and a tram stop was just around the corner. The kitchen was well equipped. The fast cordless phone chargers were an unexpected plus. We had a great stay.

tidy apartment in an interesting neighborhood

The apartment is convenient to exploring Munich by foot. It had many amenities even with its compact size and Christoph provided shower gel, laundry soap, coffee & tea, and spices. Christoph was quick to respond to queries about the apartment. The neighborhood is very vibrant with many interesting restaurants & cafes, as well as close by grocery stores. The apartment was a little cozy for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, and a 10 year old). If you have mobility issues, be aware that the combo bathtub/shower has a high step into it and the courtyard of the apartment complex is cobblestone.

Schwabing entspannt genießen

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartement mitten in Schwabing. DIe Möbel sind alle nahezu neu und man bemerkt überall die Liebe zum Detail. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen für Besuche in den umliegenden Museen, Spaziergänge im Englischen Garten, Cafes und Restaurants überall oder einen Einkaufsbummel in den vielen originellen Läden. Münchengenuss pur! Und dazu ist es vollkommen ruhig, da das Appartement in einem begrünten Hinterhof liegt, mit Platanen vor dem Balkon. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut und ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist auch vorhanden. Christoph ist jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer ein offenes Ohr, so dass man sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Also absolut empfehlenswert!
