Welcome to our lovely 120-square-meter single-story “Bonheur côtier” cottage, decorated in a warm, contemporary style, just a short walk from the Iroise Sea in the charming village of Le Conquet. With its narrow streets, stone houses, shops, restaurants, and harbour, Le Conquet is a lively, picturesque tourist destination—come and enjoy a warm and welcoming stay without delay. <br><br>The house features a large living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining room, and a living room, where you can gather with family or friends for a cosy get-together. <br><br>In the sleeping area, separated by a sliding door, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: <br>- One bedroom with direct access to the terrace, a walk-in closet, a TV, and a 160 bed<br>- A second bedroom with a TV, a large closet, and a 160 bed <br>- A third bedroom with an 80-bed that converts to a 160 and a closet <br>- A bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sinks <br>- A powder room with a walk-in shower and toilet<br><br>The property is enclosed by a wall and secured by a motorised gate. You can safely park 3 cars there. The large terrace is furnished with a dining table and outdoor furniture, shaded by a retractable awning. The garden is a place for relaxation and games. For example, you can try your hand at the Breton game of “palet”! <br><br>The house is located in a quiet area near restaurants, city centre shops, and beaches, as well as the ferry terminal for the islands of Ouessant and Molène, the fishing port, and the GR34 hiking trail. Everything is within walking distance. <br><br>From Le Conquet, you can explore many attractions such as Pointe Saint-Mathieu, the Lighthouse Route, Fort Berthaume, museums, Océanopolis... <br><br> Brest and its airport are a 30-minute drive away.<br><br> Béatrice and Stéphane
