Custom Home on LakeFront in Ocean Lakes

This beautiful home is nestled on Magnolia Lake. It is located on a dead-end street and is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. You may walk, bike or take the golf cart to the beach (golf cart rentals available). This house is beautifully finished with hardwood floors, granite counter-tops in the kitchen, State of the Art Stainless Steel Appliances, a water purification system, and a Gas Fireplace in the living room. On the first deck is a porch swing and deck chairs where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and it's wildlife. Updated interior for 2022 includes new televisions, new carpet, new sleeper sofa, new beds, new barbecue grille, new patio furniture, and outdoor staircase.

The first floor of this home has a custom gourmet kitchen, living room, and one queen guest bedroom and one full bathroom.

The second floor has one queen bedroom with a morning kitchen and a private walkout to a deck at the rear of the house overlooking the lake and new bunk beds. There is another queen guest bedroom and a full bath. Then there is the Master Bedroom with a king size bed with an en-suite which has a whirlpool tub and shower, and a walkout to the main second floor deck. All bedrooms have its own television.

There are many amenities in this ocean front park, you may never want to leave the resort!

Very nice and well kept home! My family 7 adults and 2 children had plenty of room to sleep and relax. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals. Loved being by the water so we could fish and relax. Definitely would come back again.

One of the best places we have booked and stayed. We have a large family (8 kids) and it fit us perfectly. The downstairs swing by the pond was our favorite place. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Vacation Spot

This house was the perfect place for our family to make wonderful memories. Our grandchildren loved being able to fish right there off the front yard. Very peaceful and pleasant there. Loved the area. Very nice people to rent from. Highly recommend.

Great place

Over all great house to accommodate my larger family. Only bad thing was the house cleaning guy was still there upon check in and there was things left from previous renters. Other wise great experience with the owners. Would definitely rent again!

The place was everything it said it was! A nice plus was having streaming services for the kids to watch movies at night and a high chair and baby gate was in the closet downstairs!! We had a wonderful time!!

Great house! Owner was very responsive to my questions. Only complaint was it was supposed to have blackstone grill and it didn’t. Messed up some of our dinner plans.

Awesome Property

The house is great. The interior is modern, clean, and well decorated. The floor plan is very unique and never gets old. In the morning you have sun on the front deck but you soon have nice shade during the hot part of the day. The kids loved fishing off the shore on the lake, even if all they caught was turtles! My parents loved that the first floor had a bedroom so they had fewer stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this Ocean Lakes home was wonderful!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well kept. Plenty of space for a family of eight to dine in, or outside on the porch. House was stocked with everything we needed (even had a high chair & baby gates). Beach is a short distance away. Easily accessed by golf cart. Helene was wonderful to work with and answered all my many questions. Did not want to leave. We hope to be back next year!

Great house

The only issue that we had which wasn’t a huge deal was, the photos showed a tv under the house and a blackstone. We were there during football season and were a little disappointed that we weren’t able to watch the games downstairs (under the house). They did have a gas grill so we made do with that. Overall, it is a very nice house, great location and very private. I would definitely go back

This house needs checked out before new guests arrive

This home is furnished nicely and has high end appliances. The proximity to the beach and the low cost golf cart rental are great additions. When we arrived the yard was filled with dog fecies. We found cockroaches in and outside this home. The extra blankets in the downstairs bedroom smelled of body oder. There were many light bulbs burnt out in and outside. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom was lying on the floor. This home has many views of the lake. Unfortunately the fountain was broken and the lake has garbage floating in it. We will definetely not return to Ocean Lakes Campground.

I am sorry you had an unfortunate stay at Ocean Lakes. Please let me address your concerns, but please be aware there are some things I cannot control. In the South the roach problem is an ongoing battle, I do have the house sprayed regularly, but there is only so much insecticide that is allowed according to the exterminator, before people’s health are compromised. I do not offer spare blankets, guess rent the linings. The light bulbs and toilet paper as you can understand are consumables. My property manager rectified the issues the next day. As for a fountain, I do not have a fountain nor is there a fountain in the lake. I have informed Ocean Lakes of the debris on the lake’s edge, and they will take care of it. Nobody has ever complained of dog feces, and my property manager could not find any when they tried to clean it up! But I will have my PM monitor the green space. Thanks for your input.

Home was great! Located in the front end of the campground, with quick access to the stores off property. Home was sufficient for my family with plenty of space. Kitchen had all the basic items needed to make our weekend spectacular! Come with a grill (you need to clean when finished of course). If you are not electing the linen service, bring sufficient bedding items. I highly recommend you examine your creature comforts and bring them with you. The home is like a new house, things to bring are toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc...All the convenient items a home needs....Just wanted to throw that in! Does not come with a DVD player so I recommend bringing one if you want to watch movies. BOTTOM LINE: It was an awesome, well planned and relaxing weekend!

Great location!

We loved the house which was located on Magnolia Lake in Oceanlakes campground. It was very spacious with lots of porches and great views. The only downfall was the fountains on Magnolia Lake were not working which caused stagnate water. We still enjoyed watching the geese and turtles. Everything we needed was close by. Wonderful Property

Great location, quiet area, nice view of the lake and convenient site for fishing at the back area of the house. Layout of house is open and welcoming, large kitchen/ dining area. Kitchen well equipped with plenty of cook ware, needs full set of utensils for eight guests. Appreciated two coffee pots, a Keurig and a brew pot. Disappointed with lack of cleanliness of carpeting on stairway and hallway upstairs and ice maker and tv in downstairs bedroom didn't work. Notified owner and was informed these non-working items had only recently been repaired and scheduled again for repair a week after our departure date. All things considered, we enjoyed our family time there.

We are sorry for the condition of the carpet we went to the property today and had no idea it was destroyed at our last visit it was not the case ! We will be replacing ASAP ! Also we had someone check the tv and the batteries were in backwards and it is working fine now in the downstairs bedroom ! And have the repair on ice maker is scheduled for tomorrow for the second time being it is still under warranty ! We apologize again for the condition thank you for your understanding !

Potential for a gorgeous house

We had a very nice time with family and friends but the house definitely needs a good overall cleaning. Carpet on stairs and bedrooms needs either replacement or a deep cleaning, lots of stains, also hand rails needs to be washed. Gas grill needs to be looked at, lines were rusted and not working properly. We were very afraid to use it. Mattresses could be replaced in two rooms upstairs, master and end queen room. Middle bedroom had a leak in the ceiling during a heavy rain storm one night which came thru one of the light fixtures near the TV.

Diane, Thank you for your feed back. We are very disappointed with a previous guest who basically destroyed our carpet and hand rails. We visited the property as soon as you checked out this weekend and we’re shocked. We have scheduled all new paint and flooring this off season. I appreciate you explaining the leak in the bedroom. The home is only 10 years old and we have roofers coming to inspect the issue next week. Thank you again for your feed back. We will correct and update the property this off season.

Great House & Location

The house was great and had everything we needed. Loved the large decks! My son and grandson loved fishing right out of the yard. At end of street so not a lot of traffic. We enjoyed our week, it just passed too quickly!
