Hands down Diane was fantastic before, during, and after our stay! Her attentiveness was enough to make us want to go back! The place was spotless, it was well kept and it was close to the beach. The fact that it came with a golf cart was just icing on the cake! Would recommend again!

The host had great communication from the moment of booking, and was so kind and accommodating. The house was immaculate when we arrived and was even stocked with extra necessities for us. Everything was in great condition. Very close to the ocean and the water park, and the golfcart provided made that even easier. I would absolutely stay at this home again!

This home is perfect. We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family. We had a large group and never felt like we were on top of each other. It was clean, and has everything you can think of. The owner was quick to repond and friendly. SO thankful for that. Everything is labeled and easy to locate. We will rent again!!

We had 10 people staying in this house and it never felt crowded or under prepared for hosting our family. Everything you need is in the house and the host goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is incredible. This house helps the beach vacation start sooner and last longer because all that you need is already there.

From the moment we booked our vacation to the moment we drove away from it we were well taken of by Diane. I’ve booked a lot of rentals through VRBO and always look for linens included or golf carts. They had both but the best surprise was the linens were put on the beds and towels dispersed to the bathrooms. If we needed a nap upon arrival would could slip into bed if needed. The guest arrival bag was a very nice touch with some necessities to get us started for the week. I also noted how clean the house was. Usually, you walk barefoot through the house and within minutes your feet are dirty. Not here; my feet were not dirty or gritty at all. Such a nice thing to notice. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the porch and living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything and more than we ever needed. What a surprise to find TWO refrigerators in the house. Game changer at the beach. This house and owners are a gem.

Perfect for our family of 6!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Lakes. The house was close enough to walk to the beach and water park but if not you could drive the golf cart down. The rooms were spacious and the house was clean and has everything we needed! Communication was great and the house felt peaceful.

This cottage is amazing! The kitchen is probably the best stocked Ive seen in many vrbo stays all over the east coast! Convenient for kids to walk yet tucked away. Perfect for multi gen or multi family. The enjoyment on the front porch, with almost steady ocean breeze is priceless!

Our new favorite!

Such an impressive property. Well thought out and we felt right at home. Not a single thing we needed that was not privided. Front porch with big TV was our favorite spot for our big crew. We visit the area 4 to 6 times a year and this was easily our most favorite home we have rented. Hosts were outstanding. Cant wait to come back!

The property owners, Mike & Diane, are super to rent from - responded immediately to questions by text or phone calls. Their house is so nice and in a perfect location. Mike & Diane have provided everything you need for a great stay, even a perfect large front porch with plenty of seating and a 60” tv. Even though the house is one level, it is very spacious with plenty of parking area for multiple cars. The use of the golf cart is a definite perk. We were blessed to find this rental and hope to return soon.

We were looking for a quick 4 day getaway for my family of 4 in-laws. Premier location within Ocean Lakes. Short walk to the beach right where recreation area is (basketball courts, shuffleboard, playground, etc). Water Park, Sandy Mart, and cafe are right around the corner as well. Spacious house layout with two refrigerators and updated appliances. A true master bedroom with privacy. If you’re into porch sitting and watching sports on a huge TV, this is your place. Found ourselves sitting out there rather than inside. Already planning next years mini vacation and hope this place is available.

We needed a house on ground level with only a few steps and a comfortable recliner for my MIL. The house was laid out well and not crowded so there was plenty of room in the open living/kitchen/dining area to use a cane. The master suite was very spacious. The closet and storage space is good and the labels on lighting was most helpful. The large porch was a plus and so was the golf cart. I loved the bright wall colors and decor. Would be a good fit for us when we bring our grandchildren in the summer. Communication with the host was great! Response to my questions were answered in a timely fashion. Definitely would stay here again. Also the handicapped beach access was wonderful for my 88 y/o MIL as well as myself who has knee problems. Great stay!

would've given this a better review if we hadn't of been under surveillance the entire weekend. I knew we were being watched bc the cameras constantly lit up but it was confirmed when we went out back to use the grill and got a text within 5 minutes "reminding" us of what needs to be done(its in the contract) when we are finished with the grill.. also upon entering the house it smelled VERY musty, we had to turn all fans on and air it out. Both fridges had a horrible fish smell that she claimed her cleaner couldnt get rid of.."they had tried everything" I bought baking soda to place in them and it was gone within a day. Floors had been swept but were very dirty,could visibly see were liquids had been dropped/spilled throughout the house. Bathroom mat was also soaking wet. Showers dirty/moldy curtains..We didnt notice thingsuntil late at night since we checked in late and went out to eat after dropping bags off so I text first things next morning to let her know, response was her cleaner said it was clean.. of course they did.. didnt think they would admit they didnt mop the floors..It was well stocked with dishes and everything has been upgraded. I received yet another text waking me up the morning of check out again reminding me what I needed to do and to be gone by 11. I had to print the contract, sign it, several notes around the house telling us what to do and the contract is also on the living room table so theres no need to harrass and constantly send reminders..
