Short vacation away.

The unit had everything that you could possibly think of that you might need. very clean. Great outdoor space.. Great location for visiting downtown Magog. hope to return and book it again.

The shack has all the needed comfort! My wife an myself have spent 2 weeks enjoying nature, trees and mountains! I was able to work during the day with a very good internet connection and we have been visiting Sherbrooke, Magog and Orford! The owners have been present whenever we had a question!

Not quite Paradise

The cottage was well located, somewhat smaller than expected, very well equipped with all the daily living amenities included. Everything was in good order with one glaring exception On the third day of a 4 day stay, we experienced an invasion of ants in the kitchen. We vacuumed them as we saw them and simply lived with the problem as we were away most of the time and near the end of our stay. Management was very responsive to the complaint and assured us that they would take measures to remedy the situation. The location and amenities are excellent and the beds were comfortable.

We had the outside treated last week as we had spotted some ant nests and a few had infiltrated, but our cleaning lady had come twice before your stay to make sure everything was ok. We were so sorry to hear that the insects had showed up again. Please don't hesitate to contact us right away if anything happens. Séjour de 4 jours en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour très agréable avec tout ce qu'il fallait pour être très confortable ! Les lits, literies et serviettes étaient très propres. Bcp d'ustensiles et de plats pour cuisiner. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

Parfait sur toute la ligne

Propriété parfaite qui répondait à nos besoins. Agréablement surprise de tout l’équipement disponible dans ce lieu. C’est un endroit calme mais situé près de nombreux points d’interêt. Un grand merci à Nathalie qui nous à accommoder lors de la réservation car nous avons dû modifier les dates. J’ai aussi particulièrement pouvoir y amener mon chien. Nous répéterons cette expérience c’est certain. Nous sommes conquis.

Great space in a very relaxing setting

We stayed at the Orford chalet in the summer and it was a great experience. The space was lovely and perfect for our family of 4. It was a very short drive to reach the lovely Parc national du Mont-Orford; a slightly longer drive put us in Magog for all our shopping needs. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The place was good but not the weather We had everything for the confort but one thing was missing. Your bath was very dangerous for old people. I thing that if you put a bar to help getting up it would help.
