Located on a spacious wooded lot less than 10 minutes from Mont Orford, this chalet provides the ideal setting to enjoy the outdoors and explore the surrounding natural beauty. Whether for a family retreat or a getaway with friends, this modern haven combines elegance and tranquility in an exceptional environment.



Hébergia is committed to respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. For this reason, parties are never allowed in our chalets, and the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in your contract. We also kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion and an additional fee of $500 for any inconvenience caused. Beautiful cottage, great neighborhood and location. Very clean, we were impressed by how spotless everything is, and my family is quick to point out when it isn't.Spacious living areas and kitchen, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms.Excellent contact with the staff, they answered our questions quickly and are polite and flexible.The only thing we noticed was that their is no fireplace, although it is indicated on the cottage information. Their is a fire pit outside though.Thank you for this great stay!

Lovely spot in Orford

7 of us stayed at this property for a weekend so that we could ski at Mont Orford nearby. The property was less than 15 minutes drive from the mountain which was great. The property was clean, was well stocked with amenities such as in the kitchen, and was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the open living space. Beds were comfortable, and both bathrooms were very clean. Would recommend! :)

Delightful property and well supplied and organized. In a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Mt. Orford, Magog, Sherbrooke and more. Note of caution, if steps are difficult for you or family members then this is not the house for you. Also downstairs shower and sink do not drain well.

Unfourtunate Experience

After a very confusing and complicated check in process requiring the downloading of aps and scanning of bar codes, etc we arrived at the place and it was just as pictured. It was very clean and bright and we were all excited to stay there. The 4 kids (Aged 9-10) put on their swimsuits to go in the hot tub. After a few minutes in the hot tub 2 kids got out with gashes and lots of blood on them. One boy cut open his knee and the other her hand. We then realized that there must be glass in the hot tub. After a quick search we found chunks of glass. The whole reason for this trip was because the 4 kids were competing in a swimming competition nearby. So you can imagine that getting injured like this is not ideal. The boy was not able to complete his races. The property manager came the next morning and cleaned out the hot tub and we were able to use it the 2nd night. We asked for compensation for the 1st night and have contacted the property twice and recieved no response. The downstairs shower also had no hot water. Its very unfourtunate as this is a lovely property.

L'intérieur du chalet est très bien. C'est propre et confortable. De plus, la cuisine est bien équipée. Cependant, les enjeux sont à l'extérieur: La côte pour monter au chalet est glacée. Je me suis pris dans la neige. J'ai appelé un premièr "towing" et le chauffeur n'a pas voulu monter la côte. J'ai appelé Hébergia pour qu'ils fassent épandre de l'abrassif. Ils ne sont jamais venu. Heureusement, le deuxième "towing" a accepté de monter en me déprendre. Le chauffeur m'a expliqué qu'il était allé à cette même adresse 7 à 8 fois l'année dernière. Je sais que vous indiquez que l'hiver, il est préférable d'avoir un 4X4 pour accèder au chalet. Ça ne vous déresponsabilise pas. Il faudrait entretenir avec de l'abrassif.L'accès au Spa n'était pas dégagé. Il a fallu que j'empreunte une pelle à une voisine afin de nettoyer le passage. Aussi, lorsque nous avons profité du spa, nous nous sommes rendu compte qu'il n'était pas très propre. On nous avait pourtant spécifié que quelqu'un était passé pour le nettoyer. Un aspect très positif fût le service et dévouement qu'à offert Samantha de Hébergia. Elle a travaillé très fort pour nous offrir un séjour de qualité qui saurait nous satisfaire. Merci beaucoup Samantha. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas elle qui est responsable de l'entretien des chalets.Merci

Très bien

Chalet bien situé et propre. Beaucoup de jeux de société sur place. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec le lavabo de cuisine mais herbergia a fait un bon suivi avec nous par la suite. Manquais un peu de confort au niveau des chaises de la table à manger mais pour le reste tout était très bien. Beau séjour et bon service de hebergia.

Il serait bon de fournir au moins des lampes de poche et chandelles en cas de panne d'électricité. Svp vous assurez que tous fonctionne bien pour les appareils mis à la disposition. La télécommande pour le son de la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et ca devait faire longtemps car les batteries avaient coulées dans la télécommande.

Beau chalet mais quelques manques

Réservation pour 8 adultes, 2 personnes couchent sur le divan lit du salon, les oreillers et serviettes pour la douche manquent. Au sous-sol l’eau chaude de la douche ne fonctionne pas. A l’extérieur beaucoup de déchets par terre dont une couche souillée nous avons tout ramassé de peur d’avoir une amende car la liste avec les infractions est un peu stressante. Nous avons signalé le tout avant notre départ mais aucun dédommagement. La cuisine est super bien équipée et fonctionnelle, le chalet est bien situé. Ça demeure un beau chalet malgré les quelques manques durant notre séjour.

Très belle place, super bien équipée. Par-contre, réglements très très sévères, beaucoup d'amendes possibles si poubelles pas videes, vaisselle sale etc. , comm3 si c'était loué à une gang d'ados... Ce que j'ai trouvé très plate, je comprends que c'est loué pour 8, mais de là à charger 125$ par personne avec risque d expulsion immédiate.. un peu intense. Nous avons payé 1330$ et etions une partie de l'équipe (qquns demeuraient à sherby) et nous avons trouvé ca sévère et plate qu ils ne puissent pas venir souper avec nous. En général cuisine bien équipée et ne manque de rien, et belle place tranquille. Jy retournerais mais pas avec une gang d'amis, plus en famille

Séjour en famille

Notre séjour dans le chalet Neptune a été très agréable. Le chalet est bien situé et très propre. L'équipement était complet et fonctionnel. À notre grande surprise, ce chalet était bien équipé pour recevoir des jeunes enfants (ex. chaise haute, ustensiles pour enfants, vaisselle pour enfants). Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour.
