Exclusive chalet in the Dachstein-West ski area

The beautifully situated wooden house with a wonderful view of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the 'Dachstein-West' ski area at an altitude of approx. 900 m. You can easily get to the house by car and from there you can ski to the slope, which is right next to it. The ski area covers around 152 kilometers of slopes and has around 52 lifts. The house is very cozy and modern. Ground floor: large living space that combines a modern kitchen, dining area with a very large, solid wooden table and living area. The spacious gallery in the pointed floor offers a sleeping area with two double beds opposite. Of course, the living room shines with a fireplace and LCD TV, stereo and DVD player; From the adjoining bathroom you can reach the garden sauna via the covered terrace. Nice big garden. Basement: entrance area with ski storage, bathroom with experience shower, toilet, 3 double bedrooms. The chalet is modernly equipped.

We attach particular importance to a child-friendly facility. A cot, high chair, protective grille for the stairs and extensive children's crockery and cutlery are also included.

On request, we also offer a childcare service for your little ones from three years of age by our experienced housekeeper. You can also book guided hikes with you.

Lovely home for a holiday

My husband and myself along with some of my family and their dog stayed for 2 weeks. The house was very well equipped, lots of utensils for cooking, plates, glasses and cups. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived and was easy to find. Fantastic views of the mountains and we had lovely weather too. The hotel nearby is convenient for a post hike drink and some food. We really enjoyed a meal at Winterstellgut which is about 15 minutes by car from the house. The passes for the local area were very helpful and included free travel on the kugelbahn gondola. Johanna was extremely helpful and friendly, we had a small issue with the hot water and it was fixed quickly and without any fuss. We would happily recommend the chalet at Annaberg.

Super Chalet direkt an der Skipiste

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal im Chalet Donnerkogel und waren wieder sehr zu frieden und können es nur empfehlen. Wir sind 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kids (Alter 0-6) und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Es ist super gelegen, fußläufig zur Piste, man kann die Kinder mit Skiern an der Skischule abgeben und abends gemütlich in die Sauna. Ausblick ist auch top

Perfekt für Familie urlaub mit Freunden

Tolle Aussicht, nah zur Piste und zur Skischule für die Kids, leere Pisten (Anfang Januar), heiße Sauna. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Auch in dieser momentan sehr bewegten Zeit, haben wir letztlich einen Traumhaften Urlaub in einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Haus in einer traumhaften Umgebung verbringen können. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir wurden auch vor Ort lieb betreut. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld sowie im Nachgang ließ eine gute Professionalität erkennen. Einen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus können wir ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen.

Familien-Wintersport-Urlaub

Wieder hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Diesmal im Chalet Donnerkogel: ein schönes Chalet mit genügend Raum für alle 10 Personen. Es ist gut ausgestattet, bequem mit allem was man braucht, sehr sauber, guten Betten, gemütlich und gut eingerichtem Küchen. Der Lage neben der Skipiste ist wunderbar, wie auch dem Aussicht auf der Piste neben dem Donnerkogelbahn. Es war das zweite Mal dass wir diese Skiregion besuchten, und wenn möglich werden wir nächstem Jahr wir das Alpendorf besuchen. möglichst im selben Chalet, mit seinem freundlichen Gastgeberin. Fam. Das wunderbare Chalet

Unsere Wandergruppe, bestehend aus 7 Personen, war sehr positiv von diesem Chalet beeindruckt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und mit allem, was benötigt wird, ausgestattet. Ebenso die Küche ließ nichts vermissen, obwohl wir erst Gläser vermissten und dann durch Zufall die hinteren Türen entdeckten mit einer Fülle von Gläsern. Hier sollte vielleicht ein Hinweis angebracht werden, da man an der Rückseite des Boards eigentlich keine Türen vermutet. Die Lage des Chalets ist sehr gut gewählt, durch die Panoramafenster kann man das Bergpanorama genießen. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauna, die nach anstrengenden Wanderungen uns gut getan hat. Wir hatten gutes Wetter, sodaß der auch vorhandenen Kamin einschließlich vorhandenen Feuerungsmaterials nicht genutzt werden musste. Wir können dieses Chalet sehr empfehlen und werden bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in dieser schönen Umgebung gewesen sein.

Top Unterkunft!

Tolles Chalet, man hat alles was man braucht! Morgens am Frühstückstisch tolle Aussicht auf den Gosaukamm! Top Lage im Alpendorf Annaberg. Ausgangspunkt zu verschiedenen Wandertouren! Die Donnerkogelbahn ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier gibt es auch einen Bike-Verleih. Insgesamt wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns - bei herrlichem Wetter - zum Bergwandern und Erholen im Chalet Donnerkogel sehr wohlgeführt. Die Einrichtung ist funktionell, rustikal und gleichzeitig modern. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Die Vor-Ort-Betreuung war wunderbar. Immer wieder gerne!!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in toller Lage

Unsere Urlaubswoche im August im Chalet Donnerkogel war einfach spitze. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, ausgesprochen sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Die Technik ist auf dem letzten Stand, es fehlt an nichts. Alles was man zum Kochen an Utensilien braucht ist vorhanden und noch viel mehr wie z.B. ein Set an Gewürzen. Vor Ort hat uns die Verwalterin Johanna liebevoll mit Wandertipps betreut und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern während der Buchung war prompt und unkompliziert. Man kann vom Haus direkt zu schönen Wanderungen in der Umgebung starten. Die Stuhlalm oben am Berg gegenüber haben wir mehr als einmal besucht. Es sind nur ein paar hundert Meter runter zur Talstation der Donnerkogelbahn. Die hat auch im Sommer geöffnet und uns zu tollen Wanderrouten oben am Dachstein West hinaufgebracht. Wir kommen sicher wieder und dann auch einmal im Winter. Die Lage vom Haus wenige Meter neben der Skipiste ist nicht zu toppen.
