The new chalet is full of comfort, style and flair in the heart of the family ski resort Dachstein-West. You will never forget the magical moments in our exclusive chalet and keep coming back! Located directly on the ski-slopes, it offers the breathtaking view of the Dachstein mountains and slopes out of the panoramic windows (12 m2) . Its stylish, modern and comfortable facilities with open high quality kitchen, a 180 ° panoramic fireplace, large dining table for 10 people made of wild oak, modern stereo and TV system in the sofa area caters to your every desire. In the 2 bedrooms with luxurious king-size beds, the children's room with triple bunk beds and a gallery room with comfortable futon bed you will enjoy relaxing sleep. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 separate guest toilet and a sauna. In front of the chalet there are 2 parking spaces and the ski room.

In addition to skiing on more than 145 km of ski slopes and hiking along round 700 km of trails, you can enjoy rafting, canyoning, paragliding, mountain biking in the summer.

Very nice chalet, friendly host

We had a great time in the chalet. The view from the terrace and living room is absolutely great! Good starting point for some nice hikes. The communication with the host was easy and very friendly.

Clean, comfortable, spacious villa with beautiful views

Absolutely loved our stay here, especially waking up to beautiful views! Johanna was lovely - very kind and quick to respond to any questions. Communication was great and check-in was very easy. The balcony and backyard were great to relax outdoors, and the chalet was extremely clean and very spacious. Could easily have had another family stay! We’d love to come back in the winter.

Fabulous property near Salzburg

Really impressed with this chalet - met on arrival by the house keeper, Johanna. Bowl of fruit and Prosecco in the fridge is a nice touch, plus the personal welcome from the owners. Local Spar about 9km away which stocked pretty much everything we needed. We went up the Donnaberg cable car when it was open on a beautifully sunny day, and walked back down the mountain home. Has a hilarious Thursday night at the local hotel which had traditional Austrian dancing, which called for audience participation at times! A truly peaceful location to stay in the summer - thank you

Top Lage zum Ski fahren

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Annaberg. Leider war der Duschkopf im Hauptbad defekt, was scheinbar auch schon bekannt war. Außerdem müssten wir alle Töpfe und Backbleche abwaschen bevor wir sie benutzen konnten. Sehr schade

Wir bedauern den nicht ganz einwandfreien Zustand und haben haben den Gästen am Tag ihrer Abreise 150 Euro als Entschädigung erstattet.

Rundum schön!

Ein schönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wirklich gut ausgestattet und hübsch gelegen. Johanna hat uns sehr lieb empfangen und war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank! Schön auch, dass für Holz und Saunanutzung nicht zusätzliche Kosten anfallen, wie man das aus manch anderem Haus kennt. Wir können das Ferienhaus empfehlen.

Een prachtige woning, op 100 meter van de piste. En aan alles gedacht. Goede opslag voor de ski’s en schoenen (verwarmd), hout voor de kachel, de sauna, het uitzicht! Echt een prachtige week gehad!

Das Chalet ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. In dem Skigebiet ist für groß und klein auch was dabei. Besonders hervorheben muss man den äußerst zuvorkommenden und schnellen Service des Vermieters und der Hausverwaltung. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und werden sicher wieder buchen.

Erholung pur für Leib und Seele

Wir haben uns in diesem gemütlichen Chalet sehr wohl gefühlt und besonders das herrliche Bergpanorama vom strahlend hellen Wohnraum aus sehr genossen. Aber auch Sauna, bequeme Betten, warme Badezimmer, Brötchenlieferservice und unbegrenzt zur Verfügung gestelltes Holz für den Kamin sorgten für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Außerdem danken wir Johanna sehr für ihre freundliche und fürsorgliche Betreuung.

Geweldig mooie en zeer compleet uitgeruste woning op toplocatie.

De woning ligt zeer mooi gelegen in een dal nabij Annaberg. Het uitzicht vanuit de woning, mede door de grote ramen, op de bergen is geweldig. De woning zelf is ruim, schoon en is zeer compleet uitgerust zodat je je er direct thuis voelt. Achter de woning ligt een tuin met veel privacy. Daarnaast is de sauna voor liefhebbers een aanrader. De woning wordt aangeboden voor 9 personen waarbij gezegd moet worden dat 2 personen op een zeer mooie (maar deels open) vide slapen boven de woonkamer/keuken. Dit kan mogelijk wat gehorig zijn mochten er nog mensen wat langer opblijven. Desalniettemin is de woning is absolute aanrader en genot om in te verblijven.

Genauigkeit Inserat Es ist immer besser, wenn man eine Übersicht des Objektes anhand eines Wohnungsplans bekommt. Bezahlprozedere Dass nur Kreditkarten akzeptiert werden, die dann auch noch mit Gebühren für Einsatz im Nicht-€-Raum belastet werden, ist schon starker Tobak. Kommunikation mit Verwaltung war hervorragend. Entsprechende Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Panoramablick

Wir, 2 Familien mit Kindern, haben eine sonnige, tolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus in Annaberg verbracht. Das Panoramafenster mit dem Blick auf die Bergwelt ist einfach herrlich und beruhigend. Sauna und Kamin haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Auch den Brötchenlieferservice haben wir gern in Anspruch genommen. Einfach empfehlenswert.

Well equipped chalet with beautiful views

We had a week in the summer, and found the chalet to have everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed having a bbq. The views are from the house and balcony are stunning.

Super Chalet - es fehlt an nichts

Wir haben uns im Chalet Annaberg sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Chalet ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Mit der Nähe zur Piste, dem Kaminofen und der Sauna machen es zur perfekten Skilocation. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (1) dort und das Chalet ist ideal für Familien.

Fantastic chalet, ideal for families!

We got a very warm reception from Johanna who gave us an introduction to the resort. Pantry well stocked with cooking essentials, and kitchen is very functional. Can pretty much ski in and out (50m walk from door!). Non skiers will need a car to get to other activities as expected. Thank you for a lovely holiday
