This was our second time staying in this unit. Concierge at the Bay (the property manager) is responsive and helpful. The only bummer is that there is now a half-built concrete building blocking about a third of the view. You can still see the ocean and it's beautiful, but there definitely is a bit of an eyesore now compared to last year -- Especially from the pool. All in all, though, a great unit and we will be back.

The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, amazing balconies and spectacular views of the pool and ocean and we saw lots of whales. The staff - Isabella, Deyanira, Paul and the housekeeping staff were so friendly and professional. The gate staff were obliging and Audel had some great tips about getting the bus to Sayulita when 3 Ubers cancelled on us. It was a perfect vacation- gracias a todos.

Apartment was great! Pool was big and clean. View was a little unfortunate with a new building going up. Was great to still have access to the beach and be so close to town. Felt very safe as well. There were more little kids than I am used to in the area.

Excellent condo with room for 4. My husband, myself, and our 2 teenage daughters enjoyed 5 days at this amazing condo. My favorite thing is the view and the collapsible doors. The location is perfect with easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, the beach. We will definitely be back!!!
