Casa Suspiro is a magnificent beachfront house with over 6,500 sf of living space. There are 180+ degree ocean views from every level. It is located on a quiet, white-sand beach alcove, Playa Careyeros. The house was designed by the architect and owner of one of Mexico’s most exclusive and beautiful boutique hotels, Casita Mía de Mita. It was created so that one can move seamlessly from indoors to outdoors, to both retire in cool comfort and take full advantage of the beauty of the outdoors and the year-round pleasant temperatures. Each space is beautifully crafted and decorated in casual chic Mexican elegance. The architect carefully created spaces where you and your immediate family can have some intimate time, as well as spaces where you can share meals, games, cocktails and more with your larger party.

House and amenities
• the house has four bedrooms (plus one attached room with a single bed), three full baths and two half baths, two living rooms, a dining room, a large fully operating kitchen with massive bar/island, a tv/entertaining room, a wrap-around deck in the master suite, two outdoor balconies in two other bedrooms, an office, & a beach level shower, an outdoor pool family room, a swim-up bar, a heated pool, and much more. Three of the four bedrooms include sumptuous pull-out queen sofa beds with comfortable gel tops. The base rate is for 6 people, there is an additional per person fee of $75 for up to 4 more people with owner approval.

• Good Wifi for working, AC in all the bedrooms, paddle-boards, a two-person sea kayak, boogie boards, tv to use your Netflix and other streaming accounts, large portable speaker and Sonos speakers to hook up to phones, fully equipped kitchen including a mini-refrigerator (master suite, pool bar), and board games!

Beach
The hoise in on the beach with the pool looking directly over the beautiful white sand beach below. You'll have private access that goes directly to the beach. Open the beach door and like magic, you are there! The beach is long and beautiful, protected on one side by Punta Mita private resort (what they call Kapuri Beach), and the other by a raised rock point. The sand drops gradually into the beautiful, warm blue water where the fish and birds dance and the dophins and whales swim by between November and April. Go for a swim, hike to the point, paddleboard or play soccer on the beach – it's all waiting for you!
