Pleasant 3-star apartment, with a good geographical location which is 150m from the Place de la Fontaine Chaude in the heart of Dax city centre. <br>It has a large living room of 28 m² with modern equipped American kitchen with a microwave oven, induction hob refrigerator, freezer, Dolce Gusto Switch coffee maker, toaster, electric oven, 55' HD TV, WiFi, washing machine, iron, as well as a beautiful bedroom of 13 m² with large closet and desk. The apartment completely renovated, new paintings, new bathroom. Small condominium with lift, the apartment is on the second floor.<br>July August, September, rentals are only by the week from Saturday <br>Fibre optic Internet available up to 1 Gb/s maximum.<br><br>ATTENTION: During the Dates of August 12 to 16, 2026, a deposit (Cheque) of 3000€ will be requested during the Dax festivals. This deposit will be returned after an inventory of fixtures.

Un cocon de propreté en plein coeur de ville

Refait à neuf, très très propre, propriétaire très disponible et à l'écoute. Le seul défaut est la présence des pigeons en pleine canicule si la fenêtre de chambre reste entrebâillée ! Mobilier et accessoires de qualité, très cosy. Attention aux personnes de forte corpulence ou à mobilité difficile, l'accès aux WC est un peu étroit.

Très bien placé , calme, confortable, soigné avec très jolie déco. Propriétaire très agréable et sympathique. Je recommande.
