Très bien

Studio bien équipé, rien n'a manqué. Petit extérieur appréciable. La communication avec la propriétaire est facile, elle est à l'écoute et répond rapidement.

Très correct et très bien situé

On ne peut pas dire que Dax soit une jolie ville accueillante. Quelques vestiges anciens j ai préféré Saint Paul les dax avec le lac christus et ses balades. Côté restaurants : l'atrium, bien mais bruyant. et le pied des vignes , rue Neuve : cuisine inventive, et une bonne cave à vins. très agréable, ouvert que le soir, sauf mercredi.

Idéalement placé

Le gros avantage est la proximité de la ville à 5 minutes mais aussi de la campagne pour aller balader à 2 minutes. La résidence est calme, mais nous n'y sommes restés que pour les nuitées. La propriétaire est bienveillante.
