The water level was low so we couldn't have our boat right there like wanted. That is nothing that can be controlled. It was beautiful we had a great time with all our kids from 22 to 2 all together.

The listing states sleeps 20 and it does not!! It slept 14 at the most... pictures were deceiving. The kitchen and living room were smaller then the pictures show. The pictures are obviously older pictures cause the dock and deck looked newer in the pictures. We had issues with the dishwasher,having enough beds and broken boards on the dock and they did attend to it immediately. They did bring us utensils to clean the BBQ grill that was very dirty so we could clean it.

The house was nice and clean. There were 14 members of our family celebrating Christmas at this wonderful house. We really enjoyed the game room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals for the 2 nights we were there. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our time at the lake house. Nice and relaxing. The nearby hiking trail was a highlight of our trip to Cullman. Thanks for providing a safe and cozy place for out family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here and our host was very nice. That being said we did have some issues with the property. The dock was our biggest concern. The walkway leading down to the dock is a safety hazard. I was really nervous walking down it and was scared my two year old would get hurt walking down there. There are loose boards, nails sticking out, plant overgrowth, and a giant gap at the bridge. Someone could easily get seriously hurt.The water trampoline was deflated and so far in the shallow we wouldn't have been able to use it anyway. We contacted the host about this and they said they would ask their husband to come out. He never did.The cleanliness was also not great. The game room was not clean or reset when we arrived. There was a nasty trashcan in there and the game equipment is falling apart. The word daddy was written on the wall in grime.The downstairs bathroom had nasty hair and grime in the drawers.All that being said it was a nice peaceful place. The porch is amazing and the part of the lake it is on is very quiet and peaceful. We also caught several fish and the beds were very comfortable. I would maybe consider staying again if the issues were addressed.
