Step out your door and into adventure—swim, fish, or launch a kayak right off the private dock (just 14 steps away!). We provide 4 kayaks (2 adult and 2 child-sized), so the whole crew can paddle out and explore. Got a boat? Bring it along or rent one nearby—there’s an easy launch at the marina and a spot to dock right at the cottage.
In the evenings, gather 'round the fire pit and let the sounds of the lake lull you into total relaxation. Whether you're chasing adventure or serenity, you'll find it here.

We are originally from the Midwest and moved south 15 years ago. We love the south and raising our family here. We are all about family trips and creating memories. We bought this place to be a place for others to experience the same.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Smith Lake. We grew up on the lake in the north and missed that when we moved. We found a little slice of heaven. The community is fantastic and so welcoming.
What makes this property unique
This cottage is off the path in it's own secluded cove. You have the appeal of being on the lake, but the tranquility of nature around you. We love that you can swim, fish, and boat with your own privacy.
