Such a great place to rest and relax with the family. Kitchen was fully equipped for large dinners, and the house was immaculate. Amy is responsive and a pleasure to work with. And many thanks for getting the dock out early for us!
This was a great place to say we were here for a week with no issues. We caught lots of bass and bluegill i even got lucky and scored a pike. The water is crystal clear you can see all the fish and everything. Highly reccomend if your looking for a good place to stay if you want to experince the lake life.
We have been going to Minnesota fishing for 30 plus years. This has been the most comfortable and accommodating place yet. Amy was very helpful and pleasant. Kitchen was spacious and well equiped. Family friendly - ample seating for everyone. Plenty of parking. Lake view excellent.
This was our second stay and once again it did not disappoint! The property is fantastic, the boat was updated and in excellent condition. Lots of fun fishing, swimming and family time. Amy is an amazing host and answers you very quickly! Highly recommend this property!

A perfect getaway for family to relax, go fishing, ride on the pontoon, and play cards on the screened in porch. Amy and her family were wonderful hosts. They were responsive and easy to work with. Couldn’t ask for a better place to vacation with awesome hosts!

Thanks for the review! We welcome you back anytime.
The cabin was a wonderful family retreat! Everything was furnished with quality kitchen items, bath towels and soaps, beach towels and beach toys. Our grandchildren enjoyed the upstairs play area and unique toys!! The screened in porch and deck was perfect for family breakfast and dinners. The pontoon was great for fishing with the littles and sunset cruises. The eagles nest made us feel right at home in the Park Rapids lake area. We will definitely consider coming back again real soon with the whole family!!!
This is a beautiful, well furnished property. The house was very clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable and there was something for everyone-from toddlers to teens. We enjoyed the water equipment and on rainy days the younger children spent time in the loft play area. The screened porch was a perfect dinner spot and the 2 deck areas had lots of comfortable seating. Communication was prompt and easy. Highly recommend.
10 of us ages 3 months , 3 yo and adults had a blast kayaking, playing on the beach, floating by the dock, fishing, pontooning, playing bags ! We loved cooking meals together in their well stocked kitchen and loved having an extra fridge!! We loved the screen porch in the evening and playing games out there!! One of the highlights for our 3 yo grandson was the outdoor shower!! We love this place and have come here the last 3 years!

Thanks Molly! It was great meeting your family. We would welcome you back! Amy
This was a wonderful place to stay for our family. Lots to do for all ages. Close to Park Rapids, Dorset, and Nevis for the "rainy days". Also, a short drive to Itasca State Park. Clear water for swimming and fishing.
This year, we decided to plan a lake vacation with our adult children and their families. This house and amenities were outstanding! Plenty of sleeping space, clean and beautiful house, with great lake view and access. Everything is there that is needed for a lake vacation...floaties, games, kitchen has everything a person needs. Pontoon is available to rent, which was awesome to have!! Amy was a great host! We WILL be returning next year. Thanks Amy!

Hello Terri,
We loved having your family and appreciate the care you took of the property. Come again!
This cabin on Pickerel Lake is clean, spacious, and beautiful. The inside is immaculate, and the view is gorgeous! My family and I enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely return here. This is the perfect spot for just the right amount of lake seclusion but still close to Park Rapids and Emmaville.

This was our second trip to this property and we love the cabin and lake! Amy is an amazing host and so helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us and make our stay amazing. We all highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!
Thank you so much for everything! The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully be back very soon. The house and amenities were excellent overall - everything we expected.
We had a great stay at Pickerel Hideaway! Everything we needed plus more was included. Amy was accommodating and nearby if we needed anything.
The fishing was great (for our catch & release crew) and many could be seen right off the dock. The swim areas and floating raft were great additions for everyone.
The house was clean, organized, and large enough for our large group.
This was our second stay in this beautiful cabin, and it just keeps getting better! The kids love the water and fishing. The adults love the boat, fishing, and peaceful atmosphere. The cabin is immaculate and spacious. The location is perfect, remote and quiet, but still close enough to Park Rapids if supplies are needed. We will definitely be back!
All 8 of us ages 2-67 enjoyed the pontoon, paddle board, kayaks and beach! The sleeping options worked great for our family and cooking was a breeze with a well stocked kitchen! Amy is very responsive and friendly and a pleasure to work with! The telltale sign that we love this place is that we’re booked for next year! It’ll be our third year vacationing here!
