Guest Access & Parking
-Main House guests have exclusive access to the home, deck, and fire pit north of the back porch
-Fire pit near the dock is reserved for Loft Guest House guests
-Two laundry rooms available: one in the master suite, one upstairs near loft sleeping area
-Loft Guest House door remains locked unless both units are rented together
-Main House parking: up to 3 vehicles; Loft guests: up to 2 vehicles. Please do not block circular driveway

Pet Policy
-No pets allowed to ensure comfort and safety of all guests
-Violations may result in a $500 fine and termination of reservations without refund
-ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome
-Guests with service animals must notify reservations at booking
-Emotional support, therapy, or comfort animals are not considered service animals
