The villa was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything you could possibly need. The pool was very welcome as it was quite hot. Check in and out was easy and Michael was very helpful. Would love to return.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa. Everything you could possibly need, well equipped, spotless, great location and we particularly loved the outdoor space with the lovely pool and seating area which was so nice in the evening having dinner and playing some cards! Communication with Michael was great and checking in and out was super easy. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will definitely be back! Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome and letting us stay in your beautiful home

Just back from a lovely 10 day trip here as a family of 4. The Villa has everything you could need and very clean and tidy. The pool was lovely and will definitely be missed , it was very refreshing from the hot days!Michael the caretaker was very helpful from start to finish.The Villa is situated close to bars,cafes and restraunts with only a 10 minute walk, plenty places to choose from.Would love to return in the future 10 out of 10 from us!!

Great host, we loved the villa. Good communication. The villa is one of the best we have stayed in for a family. The outside space is great with 2 seating areas around the pool. We found the villa to have everything we needed. The location is brilliant, and I would recommend a car as there is so much to do. We will be returning

Excellent accommodation. Everything one would need without overloading a suitcase (if flying in). We had a few minor problems but these were soon sorted, quickly, by Michael.

This is one of the best equipped and cleanest villas I have ever rented absolutely brilliant

This villa is absolutely amazing. It has everything you need for a fantastic stay. On arrival, Michael was waiting to show us around and give us a few instructions. There was also a welcome pack in the kitchen, which was a really lovely thought. The kitchen had every single utensil you could possibly need. Communication was fantastic and Michael was always very quick to respond. There are plenty of cafés and balls, including an excellent supermarket a 10 minute walk away. Everything you need is on your doorstep. I highly recommend this villa. Thank you to Michael for his great communication and cooperation. We had an amazing time.

Had an amazing holiday

We loved the villa so much we have booked for next year. Very clean and spacious, as someone said before the pictures do not do this villa justice. The pool area is exceptional.

Fabulous accommodation- absolutely everything there to make life easy. Two beautiful newly refurbished bathrooms, great kitchen, lovely pool and gardens and a choice of outdoor seating areas. Would most definitely recommend and return. Excellent all round relaxing holiday

Lovely holiday

We had a lovely holiday at this vacation house. Everything we needed was available. Nice house, Nice pool,… The host was very quick to reply to all of our questions. One day there was a problem with the electricity, but it was resolved as quickly as possible.

Everything was perfect!

We are so happy that we chosed to stay in this villa. It had everything we could have asked for and more. There are a lot of towels in the house for both the pool and the beach. The beds in each room are very comfortable. Michaela is the perfect host and was quick to respond to all of our questions. Sven who handled the check-in and check-out procedure was also great and helpfull. It is a quiet neigbourhood and have walking distance (10 min) to a indoor Market (La Marina Market) where to buy stuff for the beach, pool etc. Consum with an excellent manual desk where you can buy cheese, jamon and other good stuff. And several restaurants. There is a public tennis and padel court just two block from the house. Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi is just 5 min drive from the house. It taket about 10 min to drive to Guardamar where you have two big markets on Wednesdays and Sundays. We would definately come back again in the future.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und dem Verwalter war jederzeit sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Das Haus sowie die Außenanlage waren äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der sehr große und angenehme Pool. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt.Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Gleichzeitig erreicht man den Strand schnell, und im Viertel gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte sowie gute Restaurants. Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Es war einfach traumhaft und heimisch!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Wir waren mit unseren Kids eine Woche in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft! Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles mehr, als gepasst!!! Nach nur zwei Tagen nach der Ankunft haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!!! Das Haus beinhaltet alles, was man im Alltag und auch sonst benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll, strukturiert und herzlich bis aufs kleinste Detail! Wer sich in diesem Haus nicht wohl fühlt, den bverstehe ich rein gar nicht! Alles war komplett unkompliziert! Von der Buchung, über die Kontaktaufnahme mit den liebevollen Inhabern des Hauses, die Auf- und Abnahme des sehr herzlichen Hausverwalters waren einfach TOP!!!!! Dieses Haus lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen!!!!! Jederzeit wieder und vor allem: JEDEM NUR ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!! Ruhig gelegen und doch zentral! Zum Supermarkt 2 Minuten! Zum Strand 20 Minuten und in die Berge auch ca 15-20 Minuten! DIESES HAUS ZU MIETEN LOHNT SICH IN JEDEM FALL!!!! Ganz lieben Dank für diese tolle Zeit!!!!! Ganz liebe, herzliche Grüße!!!
