On the ground floor: covered terrace with large marble table + 8 chairs, summer kitchen with 80 cm gas plancha facing the pool and its 70 m² terrace, deckchair and large parasols, entrance hall with cupboards, lounge , French, English, Dutch, German satellite TV channel, Wi-Fi radio, dining room, large kitchen, fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven / grill, microwave, dishwasher, percolator, toaster, electric plancha, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Laundry room with washing machine, electric dryer, ironing board + steam iron, standing dryer and large additional fridge. Upstairs 1 large independent bedroom accessible by external staircase with bathroom, large closets, 20 m² terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. All rooms are air conditioned

170 € must be added for final cleaning upon departure
the consumption of electricity during your stay remains at your expense at the rate of € 0.35 per kw and will be deducted from the deposit. the meter reading will be made at your entry and exit by the person who will receive you on site
