Summary:
Modern 1 bedroom condo in the heart of Casa Grande. Safe neighborhood close to everything in amenity rich complex with basketball half court, BBQ grills, heated pool and dog park. Condo has the essentials, new appliances, couch, desk workspace. Features large 50" flat screen SmartTV with cable OTA in living room AND master bedroom. TWe host a lot of winter visitors and there is a nice social structure to interact with. The location is safe and walking distance to Safeway and Starbucks.
The Space:
This Condo is very unique as you have a large patio with BBQ grills right at your door. This condo was remodeled from the ground up, everything including appliances and furnishings is brand new. Pool is heated year round to 82 degrees but temperatures may vary due to overnight lows but heater is always on and our guests swim all year.

Guests have the entire condo to themselves no sharing anything.
