Do not move furniture. We will access the property 2 times a week to water plants. Keep doors closed at all times, and lock apartment when vacant.
Set AC to 74 when vacant, no lower then 68, utilize fans to circulate the cool air. Quiet times 8pm-8am
Dogs must be kenneled when left alone, not allowed on furniture, must be picked up after daily, $60 fee per dog. 20 lbs max, no cats.

The property is very nice and located in Arizona City. Very clean, it has everything that is needed for our short stay, very close to our friends home. . We did not use the grill. Or laundry. We would go back again
