Vortäuschung falscher Tatsachen

Wir (vier Personen, drei Erwachsene, ein Teenager, 15 Jahre alt) sind an einem Samstag angereist und haben für drei Wochen gebucht. Die Anreise war schon problematisch, da in der Annonce nur eine Google Beschreibung von La Cotiniere drin war mit Allee des Mouettes 221. Wir haben zuvor zweimal per Mail nachgefragt, wo die genaue Adresse ist, es kam keine Antwort). In La Cotiniere angekommen (meine Tochter und ich) haben wir die Adresse gesucht und sind nur zu der Straße gekommen. Dort haben wir eine Anwohnerin gefragt, die bei dem Anbieter angerufen haben, Lisa, sagte der französischen Dame, dass der Urlaubsort mitten auf der Insel liegt. Wir sollten zum Ozeanpaintball fahren, dort würde unsere Unterkunft sein. Das haben wir dann auch getan. Die Unterkunft liegt im Wald hinter La Dresserie zwischen Pinturbat und Le Marais Doux (2 Km vom St. Pierre weg). 3,9 km von der eigentlich vermuteten Unterkunft weg! Der empfang des Eigentümers war sehr nett. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt. Als abends die beiden Damen zu mir und meiner Tochter stießen, waren diese geschockt, wo unsere Unterkunft ist und in welchem Zustand diese ist. Licht im Schlafzimmer geht nicht, 140 cm breite Matratze hing über 120 cm breiten Bettkasten, zweites Schlafzimmer war ein Kinderzimmer mit zwei Betten a’cm. x 1,90cm. Keine richtigen Betten. Alles war zweckmäßig aber sehr veraltet. Unter dem Trailer war es vermüllt. Es roch sehr vermodert!! Der Abfluss der Abwäsche war verstopft, dies wurde aber gleich behob
