Our charming, tastefully renovated home awaits you in a lush, green setting, just a stone's throw from the ocean and the beach (an 8-minute walk). A large southwest-facing terrace is set up for your lunches and dinners. A barbecue is available for your use, along with outdoor furniture.
The property is fenced and secure for children.

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, opening onto a lovely, bright living room. A wooden extension houses the cozy, inviting living room, perfect for your evenings.
One bedroom with a 1.60/2.00 bed and a large closet is available. Opposite it, you’ll find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity, a storage cabinet, and a toilet.
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms with built-in storage.
The first bedroom can accommodate two children; two 90/1.90 beds are available. The second bedroom features a 1.40/1.90 double bed.
This more unique bedroom offers direct access to a southwest-facing terrace with a view of the sea. Deck chairs are available there.
