3-star apartment 10 minutes from Chamonix with a view of Mont Blanc

In the heart of the Chamonix valley and 10 minutes from Mont Blanc, you will appreciate the calm and warm atmosphere of this family apartment classified 3 stars in the classification of furnished tourist accommodation and located in the Granges district, in Les Houches.

It includes two balconies: the one in the living room (south-east facing) with a breathtaking view of the Taconnaz glacier, the Aiguille du Midi and the Dôme du Goûter; and the bedroom one (north-east facing) with a view of the belvedere summit of the Pointe de Lapaz.
This large duplex, in the Amethysts residence (comprising 4 apartments), is located at the foot of the ski slopes and at the start of several hikes. Spread over 2 floors, it offers plenty of space for 5 people, with a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room; 2 bedrooms upstairs (sleeps 5: 2 beds 140x190 and a bed 90x190) and 1 bathroom.
It also has an outdoor parking space and an individual cellar to store skis and bikes.

You have the possibility to rent bed linen and bath towels (not included in the rental price) according to the following formulas:
- duvet kit: 1 duvet cover / 1 flat sheet / 2 pillowcases
- Towel kit: 1 bath towel 70x140 / 1 terry towel 50x80
- Bath mat kit: 50x70 bath mat
- Tea towel kit: 2 tea towels 40x40

For all bookings during the high season (January to March and July to August), the minimum stay is 7 nights. For all other months, the minimum stay is 4 days.

To secure the apartment against intrusion, an alarm system with video surveillance camera, main door opening detectors and the possibility of automatically calling for help in case of emergency is installed. In order to respect the tenant's privacy during their holidays, the camera installed in the living room (dining room-living room-entrance hallway) is manually deactivated: a flap (manual cover) completely deactivates the video surveillance system (audio & video). No personal data is recorded because the system is deactivated.
