We had a great stay in Tampa.

The property's location is fantastic. It's really easy to get to anywhere in the downtown area within minutes and yet the neighborhood is very quiet at night. All the rooms are clean. The kitchen has all the necessary cookware and utensils. The only thing to note is that although there are 3 decent-sized bedrooms, there is only one bathroom.

Weekend in Tampa

My husband and I stayed at the house during our trip for the college womens basketball final four weekend. Realizing there would be a lot of people in town we wanted to find an alternative to a hotel outside of dowtown. The house was about 6 minutes from dowtown and plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax. Al was very hulful with calling to make sure we know how to enter the house and where to find things. He also gave multiple suggestions for places to eat. We had a great time on our trip and enjpyed our stay at the house.

Location and Communication

Al was an amazing host. He was prompt in all communication and was nice enough to take the time to give us tips and recommendations for grocery and resturants. The neigherhood is a little run down but the inside of the house was well maintained concidering the age. The location was PERFECT however. So close to everything we were in Tampa for, we just could not have been a better location. Looks like the neigherbood is working on some improvements which would be great for this property. If you are only traveling with a few people, we are a family of 4 with 2 tween age kids, and are lookig for a good centeral location close to key attractions in Tampa, I would highly recommnend this property.

River walk Tampa

Host wad great communication and the house was very clean. Kitchen was very dark and not conducive to cooking. Needed to keep door open to see which defeated the purpose of having AC on. No cutting boards and knives were so dull they couldn’t cut butter. Seating needs to be reconfigured so everyone can watch TV. On a positive note, only a couple of blocks from the Tampa River Walk

Great Location and Very Clean

This location is perfect!! My friends and I stayed in Tampa to celebrate a birthday and this location was clean and very close to all the happenings Tampa had to offer. A plus was that it truly felt like "a home away from home". Our friendly host was available to answer any questions we had about Tampa. On any return trips I make to Tampa, I plan to stay here again.

Best owner/host

Al is great with communications - especially with info about dining recommendations and how to leave the property at the end of the stay. The location is perfect - close to loads of restaurants, shopping, attractions, and the bay. The outside of property is pretty average, but once you enter the property it's very clean, comfortable and strikingly decorated. If we ever need to travel to Tampa we would stay there again.
