No smoking inside the house. Smoking permitted only in the designated outdoor area. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in an additional fee.
Pets are welcome only if approved in advance. Please pick up all pet waste from the yard. Must clean up pet waste.

House was great I think our only complaint was the pool was dirty when we got there and around the pool was full of leaves so we had to get the broom out and then spray around the whole pool to help with all the dirt around pool so it wouldn’t get back in the pool would benefit with a good power washing and some patching of the screen around pool Otherwise the stay was wonderful

Loved the pool!

We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. Be aware there is a neighbor that shares a common wall and so it isn’t totally private but they don’t share the pool.

Wish I could include pictures but we left this property after being there an hour. There was a hidden room area There was on side of the house that had a tenant we were unaware that has access to "private pool" area.
