The Villa Arapède is a unique architect house with an incredible ocean view. Built on the Pointe Milou cliff, the villa fits the shape of the rocks. The originality of this vacation home lies on the combination of rocks, wood, concrete and tiling that gives to the place its unrivaled design. Some large bay windows open totally the villa to the ocean. The house offers a total privacy.
The property consists in 2 bedrooms located in both ends of the pool, the first one in the main unit and the second one in an independent bungalow.
Arapede house benefits a great and quiet location situated at 10 and 15 minutes from the bustling area of St Jean and Gustavia. Furthermore, the lagoon in Grand Cul de sac , the sandy beach of Salines and Lorient are easily accessible by car.
