Madeira Beach has been a sought out destination for decades. Enjoy an amazing cute & cozy EFFICIENCY located in famous Madeira Beach at Gulf Gardens. The condo is quiet, boasts ice cold AC.

Guests appreciate the immaculate landscaping and the friendly accommodations. You will come back year after year.

You are directly across the street from the public beach access. You will enjoy a well appointed efficiency with a queen size murphy bed and a pull out single sleeper sofa. which are both in the main room. The kitchen is well appointed with all the trimmings if you wanted to cook.

New windows will ensure that your time here is quiet and peaceful. Enjoy a dip in the sparkling clean pool after a nice day at the beach.

There is a desk with a monitor if you 'have' to plug in and do some work. The unit has super speedy Wi-Fi internet and includes basic cable connected to a smart TV.

Equipped with everything you will need to enjoy the beach including two (2) beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler.

You are a short walk from dozens of local shops and restaurants. Being close to Tampa, you are a short trip from Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo and other local attractions.

Property is SMOKE and PET FREE (per association rules)

There is some interior construction work going on in a few surrounding units during daylight hours.

Super cute and clean couldn’t be happier obviously due to the storm there are still fixing up places around us, but the property itself was great. Communication with host was on point and was available for any questions both before and during our stay would highly recommend and we will be going back frequently.

Host was very welcoming and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was very clean, newly redone and very well equipped. We enjoyed the pool area and met some very nice people! Our stay was for 4 weeks and the bed was not very comfortable for that long. Otherwise we loved our stay and would stay there again!

I only got positive feedback on this mattress for 5 years pre-storm and replaced it with that same one after the storm because of all of the positive feedback I received through the years. Was a short, easy walk to the beach—no driving, no hassle. Grab your coffee, kick off your shoes, and you’re at the water in minutes. Sunrises, sunsets, barefoot walks, post-beach showers… it doesn’t get better than this. The bed was insanely comfortable, the space was spotless, and the attention to detail was next-level—from the décor to the layout to the little touches that make you feel genuinely cared for as a guest. You can tell the hosts put real love into this place.

Gulf Gardens cottage

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The cottage was a studio but it had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our 2 week stay, including beach chairs and beach towels. The beach was right across the street and everything we needed or wanted to do was in walking distance. The salt water pool was heated and very nice. Steve, the owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions. We will definitely come back!

Madeira Beach bucket list

What a lovely and quaint little cottage. The host thought of everything you could possibly need. Yes, the place is small, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. It is directly across the beach from madeira beach beach And is convenient to just about everything. The pool was warm clean and gorgeous. The unit may be small, but don't let it fool you. It will be more than enough for your needs if you are a couple. The host was supportive communicative and responsive. We understand he is a new host But if his level of service and honesty of description of the place stays the same, We have no doubt that he will be a premium member soon. The only thing I would mention is that the step into the shower is very high So be careful. I, however, did not need to shower because I was in and out of the ocean and beach for the whole ten days. Thanks to steve for making our first verbo experience great and we'll do it again.

Amazing would definitely stay again!

This is in an amazing location directly across the beach and only a mile from John's pass. The owner was amazing and great communication, very clean room and has everything you need, even a fan for those who sleep with one like me. Love that it's a keypad so no key to worry about losing or having to carry around, the lady that cleans the rooms was very nice and accommodating as well. We only live a little over a hour away and we love places like this for staycations, we will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!
