The place was fabulous. Couch was comfy. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was overall well supplied. Location is amazing. Pool is nice and large. Screened in lanai is such a great bonus.The instructions were not clear on how to use the keypad door, we had to call. We did get an instant answer so all was good. Suggestions for the host: metal grilling tools, umbrella for beach, replace dining room chairs (very very uncomfortable in shorts, had to sit on towels). Also, if you plan to offer 1 hour early check in....monitor your email and cell...allowing check in "early" less than 5 minutes before check in doesn't help at all.
