The nicely furnished apartment that was rented for the first time in 2013 has 6 beds in 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower, separate kitchen with u. a. Microwave, coffee and sense machine, as well as a dishwasher and fridge with freezer.
Washing machine with dryer, high chair, garden furniture, fly screens and electric awning are also part of the equipment.
A parking space for your car is available directly at the house.

W-LAN is available to our guests free of charge.

Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft und bietet sechs Betten in drei Schlafzimmern, was für eine größere Familie herrlich ist. Die Wohnung und Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch der Garten. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich recht gut abdunkeln, Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen mitgebracht oder gegen Gebühr gebucht werden. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Janssen lief hervorragend, stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und war hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft bei unserer Ankunft aus unserer Sicht weder den Fotos noch den überwiegend sehr guten Bewertungen.Festgestellte Mängel:• Haare in Küchenschränken und Kühlschrank• Verschmutzungen in Kühlschrankdichtung und unter den Glasplatten• Wasser vom Vormieter in der Kaffeemaschine• Stark verfettete Dunstabzugshaube, übel riechender und rot verfärbter Fettfilter• Stark verschmutzte Mikrowelle, Topfdeckel • Teilweise seit Monaten/Jahren abgelaufene Gewürze• Gläser mit Lippenstiftspuren• Stark verkalkte Dusche mit Schimmelbefall• Beschädigte bzw. stark abgenutzte Möbel (Esszimmerstuhl, Kommoden)• Provisorische Spiegelbeleuchtung im BadDer Vermieter wurde während unseres Aufenthalts informiert und gebeten, die Unterkunft für die nachfolgenden Gäste gründlich reinigen zu lassen.Alle genannten Punkte sind anhand von Fotos dokumentiert!Bereits eine Bewertung aus dem Jahr 2020 beschrieb Schimmel, Kalk und mangelnde Sauberkeit. Aufgrund der vielen späteren Top-Bewertungen hielten wir dies für einen Einzelfall. Rückblickend können wir diesen Eindruck leider nicht teilen.Schade, denn das Haus hätte Potenzial. In dem von uns vorgefundenen Zustand können wir die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.

Sehr freundlicher und netter Empfang durch Frau Janssen und die kleine Aufmerksamkeit bei der Anreise,die Kinder hatten sich sehr gefreut :)Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber,gut eingerichtet und alles vorhanden,was man benötigt!Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche in einem sehr gut gepflegten und heimischen Ferienhaus.Gerne wieder und wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend und immer freundlich. Gerade für Familien ist alles vorhanden, alle zugänglichen Steckdosen sind gesichert. Bäcker und Laden sind in fünf Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse für Autos, daher gibt es kaum Autoverkehr. Die Terrasse ist geschützt und nicht einsehbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Eine gut gelegene Ferienwohnung, zusätzlich mit Spielen und Büchern für die Kleinsten ausgestattet.Check in war sehr unkompliziert, der Kontakt vor der Buchung und auch während des Aufenthalts sehr angenehm und freundlich.Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Das Haus war sauber, vollständig ausgestattet und gut aufgeteilt.Die gesamte Anlage in der das Haus stand war ruhig und auf Entspannung und Erholung ausgelegt, aber das alles war nicht im Vergleich zur Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin.Einige Tage vor dem Urlaub kontaktierte Sie mich wegen dem Check in (gut eine Woche vorher). Die Einführung war sehr freundlich und als wir sie dann Abends im Dorf trafen war sie genauso freundlich.Vorbildlich und vorallem Herzlich.1.000 Dank

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr positiv. Im Winter ist das Haus leider etwas dunkel. Schade ist , dass der Einkaufsmarkt im Winter geschlossen hat, zum Glück hat aber der Bäcker Geöffnet. Die Lage ist gut und die Betten bequem. Positiv ist, dass an den Fenstern Fliegennetze angebracht sind.

Es hat alles gepasst. Nur ein Brotkorb und ein Kaffeefilter haben gefehlt Check-in und Check-out sehr unkompliziert.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig, zum Strand läuft man ca. 20-30 Minuten. In direkter Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und hat bequeme Betten!
