Stay in this Contemporary 2br., 1 1/2 bath home located in the Pleasant Grove community. Located close to TAMUT, Saint Michael's Hospital. Enjoy the climate controlled patio complete with pool table, wet bar and TV viewing area. Or stepout the sliding glass door onto the 1,000 sq.ft. Trek deck to grill, play corn hole or sit in one of the hanging chairs in the covered portion and you might see a deer at the back feeder. We visited Texarkana to attend a wedding and this house met all of our needs. Comfortable beds, very clean property, quiet neighborhood, dog friendly, and communication with the property owner was quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was in a great location plenty of room I would have like it to have been 2 full bathroom. Family -friendly also except with cups on shelf in hallways they should have being in a cabinet to protect your nice items. Overall our stay was great. My grandson graduation was a blast!! So glad the rain held off. Thank you Lord for blessing us with friends an family.

I was amazed at the cute eclectic fun style of the house but more amazed at the add on living room/ bar/pool room and the luxurious deck and covered patio. We came for a granddaughter‘s graduation and decided to stay there instead of a hotel so that extended family could come wish the graduate well. It was the perfect space plenty of room and fun places to gather. The scenery outdoors was gorgeous and Green and the kids got excited because they saw horses. The host was generous and allowed our family to enjoy the whole space. We saw deer and listened to birds. The whole property was very enjoyable. We were able to use two refrigerator, freezers and an oven microwave and even washed clothes. It was only five minutes from the graduation site and close to everything we needed. I am sorry I didn’t get to meet Billy. But we were busy the whole time. I will definitely hope to stay there again. The kids wanted me to buy the place so they could stay. it made for a very fun cozy place to celebrate.

A great place to stay. Very quiet and so easy to get to. We were at a function at the fairgrounds and it was an easy 5 minutes drive to and from, even with construction!! Definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house is open and spacious, cozy and comfortable. The large sunroom is a fantastic entertaining space. We loved the huge outdoor deck area and scenic views of the property. It was so peaceful and relaxing - a place we would definitely go back to!

Initially the home looks great, quiet and safe neighborhood. Photos of a few things in the house that will definitely need to be addressed by owner pertaining to their cleaning crew were sent to them. This would be a great place to use if you were visiting a student at the local university, only 5 minutes from campus.

Great stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay! You felt like you were in the country, but there were neighbors. It was very quiet and peaceful. Very clean and lots of storage in the kitchen if you like to do some cooking while away from home! We spend an entire day on the deck and an evening on the screened-in porch (which was amazing)! Highly recommend.
