Beautiful newly renovated home. Everything is new in this specious open floor plan. Walking distance of down town historic district on Main Street. Lots of convenient shopping. We tried to think of everything you’re going to need. House includes fully stocked kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom and laundry room. All you will need is your clothes and your groceries. Comfy beds with fresh clean sheets. Smart TV’s in living and master bedroom. Ceiling fans in every room. The Fiber optic wifi is best service around. Extremely clean home. Absolutely No smoking vaping or pets allowed. Large Air jetted soaking tub that will make you never want to leave. Snacks, beer, or wine or your favorite beverage provided. Extra blankets, pillows & linens . A new BBQ gas grill. Outdoor lounge chairs. onsite laundry. Out door power with extra extension cords provided. Water and hoses with extra room for parking to charge and clean multiple boats. Full service RV site on location also available for an addition charge.

No food in bedrooms or bathroom. Or living room. All trash can be taken out to purple and yellow dumpster located outside the front porch.
No smoking or vaping inside the home! No pets inside the home at anytime!

The property was very cute, updated, clean, and accommodated 6 of us comfortably. It had everything we needed for our stay. The water and snacks were a nice touch. It was a convenient location to visit family that live nearby. My only recommendation is if you are a light sleeper, you may want ear plugs. There is a train track close by and the horns were pretty loud at times.

Millwood Fishing trip

This place was just as advertised! Great place to relax while you’re down fishing for a few days. Been coming fishing for years down to Millwood, staying in motels. Was sure nice to be able to relax in comfort!

The house was absolutely great. Looked like advertised. Everything was comfortable and easy access. The host was a dream to deal with. Great lady who was very helpful in our stay.

Cozy stay

The location of this rental doesn’t match the charm inside- but don’t let that keep you away. The hospitality, cleanliness and charm were spot on. We needed a place to stop for a good night’s rest and to wash laundry. We made a quick (25 min) drive into Texarkana for some essentials and a good meal. I would recommend this stop when traveling through the area.

Birthday Getaway

Our stay was absolutely perfect! I wanted something that was close to home & private. This property was the perfect fit. The owners were incredible. Everything was perfect including our favorite chilled beverage in the fridge. The home was clean & all the details are absolutely perfect. My husband and I enjoyed a quiet weekend away all distractions. Super cozy! I would highly recommend this home to stay in! It was perfect!

Beautiful home!!!

Absolutely loved staying in beautiful newly remodeled home. The Host were amazing!!! Making sure we had everything we needed during our stay while fishing a tournament on Millwood! Places to rent in Ashdown are hard to find. Better grab this one up quick!
