Stay in the garden level of an historic Victorian mansion in the heart of Jim Thorpe.

Built in the 1850s, the "Judge Allen Craig" mansion features a sunny enclosed porch surrounded by the panoramic view of West Broadway and the mountains, with French doors opening into the spacious living room. The large dining room that comfortably seats 8-10 is adjoined by a cozy breakfast room near the kitchen.

The home easily accommodates up to 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and 2 baths. (For more space, inquire about our second floor Balcony Level, https://www.vrbo.com/2203717, which has a large, newly updated kitchen, and three bedrooms that sleep up to 10). Extra air mattress, pack-n-play and toddler gate are available on site.

Off-street parking is available for up to 4 cars. We have a back yard and patio with two grills, a fire pit, and a new bike rack.

Excellent stay in Jim Thorpe. This property is stellar in every way. Great location in walking distance to all the town has to offer. Home is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated. It exceeded our expectations. Host was very accommodating and helpful. There were 10 adults in our group and we had a fabulous time.

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautifully designed home. It was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants, train stations, and local museums. We had such an incredible stay! This property was absolutely perfect for our little family fall getaway trip. The location is indescribable, the town is breathtaking, especially this time of year being able to see all of the trees changing colors in the mountains around you. We often visit Jim Thorpe, and we will absolutely be booking this property for our return stay. We travel a lot and have rented a lot of properties and I will say with certainty that this was the cleanest and most unique stay we’ve ever had! I can’t recommend this place enough! And then to top it all off the host was so kind, gracious, and was so thoughtful with little things they left around the property; excellent at communication can’t recommend enough!!!

Extended Family Get Together

The 5 bedrooms on the first floor were terrific. Loved the antiques and the modern updates/touches. The living room, dining room and closed in porch were spacious and great to use for meals and gatherings. The house is located directly in town so it's easy to walk to restaurants, shops and historic sites. Parking is a little bit of an adventure but there was plenty of parking. Thanks for a great weekend!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

Perfect spot to celebrate with family - immaculate Victorian house with every amenity needed for the big feast. Walking Jim Thorpe both day and night is delightful. Great shopping. Kids loved riding Santa train. All in all a great house!
