Warm, modern house 50m from the sea

In the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, along the GR34 hiking trail, Armelle, Delphine, and Pierre will be happy to welcome you to their fully renovated home, ideally located just 50 metres from Penvern Beach.
Every room offers a view of the sea. The house has a private entrance and is laid out as follows:
— a private garden with patio furniture and a barbecue, an awning, all facing due south,
— on the ground floor: 1 living area with a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, 1 shower room with toilet,
- Upstairs: 1 bathroom with toilet; Bedroom 1: 1 140-cm bed and 1 90-cm bed on a mezzanine; Bedroom 2: 1 140-bed; Bedroom 3: 1 140-bed and 1 90-bed
Blackout curtains in the bedrooms; no shutters.

Bed linens provided for stays of 7 nights or more.
Towels available for an additional 5 euros per person.
Bed linens available for an additional 15 euros per bed for stays of 2 to 6 nights.

Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 50 euros per stay.

The house has free parking for 2 cars. Free parking nearby.
Penvern Beach is 50 metres away.
The village of Pleumeur-Bodou is 2 km away and accessible by bike via a bike path. Ile Grande is also 2 km away.
