Gîte for 3 people,<br>This cottage, of about 70 m², includes: <br>On the ground floor of the courtyard: a large living room (sideboard, table, chairs, armchairs, television, wood stove); a kitchen area (gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, utensils, crockery); a sleeping area (1 bed 90x190); a bathroom (shower cubicle, sink), washing machine, a separate toilet. <br>On the ground floor: _ A mezzanine bedroom with a 140x200 bed. _ A landing with desk and storage.<br>Bed linen and towels are included (beds made on arrival). Free childcare equipment on prior request.<br>A wood stove (free wood) and radiators powered by a heat pump.<br><br>Outside: a large enclosed courtyard, and a small wood, and beyond: the meadow of the goat Madona.<br>Vehicle parking, barbecue, clothesline, garden furniture, sandpit, children's games, hut, swings.<br><br>The cottage is located in the Vendée bocage, 25 minutes from the Poitevin marshes, 30 km from the Puy du Fou, and 45 km from the sea. It was set up in the former carpenter's workshop, adjoining the owners' house. The property also includes other witnesses of the traditional Vendée habitat: the barn, the cellar, the bread oven, the well and the watering trough, the pig roofs. <br>Inside, the old stones and the framework are exposed. To these traces of history is added contemporary comfort.<br><br>We pay great attention to hygiene and cleanliness, with rigorous cleaning between each occupant, with washing and disinfection of the bed protectors.
